Oops, looks like I missed weigh-in. I am down one pound this week. Like
Cathy, I am very busy working full time, 3 kiddos who have several activities during the week, birthday parties on weekend. I am also looking into taking a photography class this fall. I love getting on this forum and seeing what is going on with everyone and I do usually post daily even though it is quit simple and usually late at night. I feel that you guys motivate me to keep going to reach my final goal but for me the point thing takes too much time and I know I will not be able to keep up with that part of the new structure. I really want to lose my weight but I do not want to feel like I have to be obsessed with it, it kinda stresses me out that I have not added my points yet. Guess what I am trying to say is that I really do not have the time to post 4-5 times a day but I do want to leave the team. I am not sure how you guys feel about that because I understand this this is part of the new structure of our team. My job can be very demanding, my brother and I own 2 medical clinics, he is a doctor and I do the rest from paying bills, contracting doctors and nurses to changing light bulbs and shopping at Sams. I do not get on forum at work much because I do not like to catch employees online when they are supposed to be working. I would like to continue on the team but I do not want to disappoint anyone on the team. I have decided to take the photography class as a stress releaver and I have always wanted to do it but never found the time. Still do not have time but I have decided I need to make time for myself as well. I also would like to return to my yoga class which I plan to do next week. So you guys let me know.....

I don't want you guys to leave! This is just trail and error for the forum. If you guys can only get on once a week at least you are doing it, you don't have to do the points thing.it is just for fun, like me my hubby works afternoons and I am home alone at night so I have the time, but for you that are busy we understand.

Hi Everyone!! Thanks for the boosters!! One of my goals for this week is to learn how to send that out. I've gotten directions, now, I've got to follow them. Things have been hectic this week and I have gone days without turning on the computer. I've also been bad with my eating so I didn't mind that too much. my goals for this coming week are:

1. get over this illness!!!!
2. not to eat bad comfort food
3. exercise (I have missed my hour a day)
4. send out boosters

i'm not worried about the water intake because i'm already drinking lots of that with this illness

Good Morning Diamonds! My Goal for the wek is

1.drink more water leave the orange MountainDEw alone!
2.Go to the gym at least 6 times this week.
3.Stay off the scale except weigh in day
4.Eat right!
5. encourage my fellow Diamonds-pink , white, or blue and the rest !

Keep up the great work.Have a safe and fun weekend

I really don't want you to quit the team either. I think we just need to try new ideas. I am sure this pt. system was only meant to get the team up and running again. They didn't mean it to stress people out. I weighted in this Friday but I have to admit I liked the Saturday weigh in better. I have more time to get on here on the weekends and I would look forward to Saturday mornings catching up with everyone. Hang in there Lia. We will work these things out. Do what you can.

Oh you are having problems with the soda too??? I have been starting the diet pepsi thing since we got the land. I grab a soda before water now because we are hot and working hard. Excuse, Excuse... Let's make it our goal this week to have NO SODA!!!

I have a stupid question.... Are we still competing with the other teams or just within the diamond groups? I didn't see anything about who won last week on here..

I guess I'll speak for Tanis, Jenn and myself since they are out of commission this weekend so so speak. The points thing was to motivate everyone, get us moving. and get us all to do better. If it doesn't work, we will do away with it and try something else. I am finding it hard to find the time also. We will look at everything and see what we need to do. We want this team to work for everybody. hang in there and send us any suggestions or post them on here for what you want to see to help the team. Thanks for hanging with us.
