I almost forgot accountability!
B: Kashi with banana and blueberries, coffee creamer
S: Activia granola bar, blueberry almond
L: turkey and cheese sandwich, nectarine
S: cheese stick
D: salmon, baked potato, salad with bacon bits and ranch spray
total: 1341
90 oz water, forgot my vitamins at work
20 min Jillian level 3, and will do L1-4 tonite.

I know what you mean about the water Betsy. It has been rainy and dreary here and on ugly days it's really hard from me to get my water down. What's up with that?

My Week's Goals:
*1300 Calories, and watching sodium/reducing it when possible
*8+ cups of water per day
*4 days of Curves this week, 3 mile walk the other days
*Also planning out some of the days meal the day before. I planned my breakfast, lunch and snack last night so I would be at least 700 calories in by dinner time and not less
it also reminded me to eat my snack!

I think when it's rainy I automatically associate it w/cold!! I eat soup and have a hard time drinking my water LOL Here is my final update for the week- will see you all on Tuesday!! Have a great 3 day weekend!

Soup probably has some water in...I was going to say warm tea might be warm and have water but I don't know if it would have caffeine in (I'm not a tea drinker! lol)

I found this website on low sodium food, http://lowsaltfoods.com/
I don't know if it is what I'm looking for, but someone here might like it. I was looking to make a list for myself of low sodium foods, so if I want a quick snack, and see my sodium is high for the day, I know what I can pick
so far I know bananas are low in sodium, apples too I think. sweet pickles, dill pickles are very bad for sodium!

oh, great! I found a bunch of lists, you click on "Food Center" then on the menu to the left of the food center page, click on "Low Sodium foods"
then you can choose whatever you are looking for, fruit, veggie, snack foods ect.
This might come in handy

Today's Accountability:
B-Oatmeal and banana
L-turkey sandwich on wheat with a fruit cup
S-Curves bar and yogurt
D-(Lean Cuisine) Lemon pepper fish and cauliflower
Total Calories: 1,201 Not too bad, I estimated the fruit cup so I don't know if I had that much, it was just watermelon and green...melon. If I get the munchies later I will have something light.
I also did well sodium wise, I was in the range, and I almost hit my calcium goal 97/100
I didn't exercise though today, I am giving my body a rest.
Vitamin~check
Water-I'm behind like everyone else here! But I'll get it in!
