Well, I have been drinking lots of water, and I am hoping it will work. I need to lose .5 oz!!!!! I am really hungry too right now! I think I should eat dinner early rather than late. Hmmm, salad probably.

Well, I am completely surprised! Guess who woke up and weighed 229??!!! Yep, me! I am still with you in Longest Loser!!!! Somehow I lost weight this week even with the snacking! I am so shocked! The scale read 229.0. I was jumping all around. Amazing!

Well everyone, I was joking with myself to see how much further I had to go to get into a size 18 pair of straightleg jeans my mom gave us, and haha, they fit perfectly! I look so good in them too haha! I am stoked! I am going to take a default in them soon.

Morning gals! So happy to see we are still hanging in there! Keep up the great work. Today's weigh in was good, -2.6. I am very very happy to get belwo 150 because that is the number that always trips me up so this makes me feel like I have passed a mountain! Yeah, now, downward and downward!

Stacy, glad to see you are here! You weigh in so much, I can only do it a few days or I will drive myself crazy And to fit in those jeans, yeah. I have discovered tha tyou really should not have a goal outfit because it seems so far off but if you always keep a size downf rom what you currently wear, it gives you inspiration to keep going and is attainable.

Tina, thanks for your commnent . How did your wiegh in go?

Thanks Allison for your Rockstar love!

Great job everyone!!! And I am very happy that we didn't lose anyone this week at all! Congrats for Rachel getting below 150!!! That's fantastic!

No walk for me today. Had lots of errands, and didn't have time, and it's way too cold to go at night as it's in the 30's already at night now!
