Stacey, you are funny. What do I do to keep losing, I don't get off my plan. Guess that really helps. Plus, all the stairs I climb during the day helps too. FIve flights o office, five down to class, one up for class then in the afternoon, up two, down two, up four down four and then pick up kids, another two flight each for both of them and then three flights at home. When I was heavier, it was terrible but now, don't mind it so bad but hate the five flights! heheh.
So happy to knw we lost no one last week so let's keep that trend!
