Default Halloween Challenge... boo.. boo...boo

Well here is the new post for this week. You all did great last week with weight loss. Don't forget to weigh in between Friday and Sunday. If you have to do a late weigh in that is ok I wont kick you off the challenge for any reason.

I lost 2 lbs last week and am setting a goal for 3 this week. Remember I want to be 135 by Halloween.

My goals for this week are:

Watch my eating and that does not mean watch the junk as it goes in...lol
Drink Plenty of water
Exercise at least 4 days, (cant tonight I have BP Group)
Be a good buddy and leader

Post your goals for the week and lets go guys and girls! Halloween is approaching.

Hello I am joining a pretty cool challenge at my local park in delaware to walk 40 miles of many different parks in the area. What better excuse to get some exercise/motivation/travelling in. If you walk these 40 miles by december you get a certificate and a patch of honor. Plus a chance to win a trip. I am so excited.

Heather

Low Fat Recipe for Halloween Witch Pudding

1 bag of chocolate wafers OR vanilla wafers OR gingersnaps
1 large box of fat-free/sugarfree instant butterscotch pudding prepared with skim milk
1 tub of LIGHT whipped topping, thawed
candy corn & orange sprinkles for decorating (or tinted orange sugar)
To assemble, place a layer of cookies in a large clear bowl (or your favorite serving bowl). Next, add a layer of pudding, then a layer of topping. Next, add a layer of crushed wafers, then a layer of pudding, and top it off with a layer of topping.

Sprinkle the top of the Witch Pudding with a few candy corn, tinted sugar or some of the crushed wafers. A few rubber spiders hanging off the rim of the bowl make a 'darling' holiday display.

Combinations:

butterscotch pudding, gingersnaps/vanilla wafers, topping
butterscotch pudding, chocolate wafers, topping
chocolate pudding, gingersnaps, topping
chocolate pudding, chocolate wafers, topping
