As for the GodSmack stuff.....humm.....I still don't know the answer to Jinni's good question. I'd like to come up with my own too.....but am unprepared.

Instead of trivia, I'll give a random GodSmack Fact! When I had just turned 21, there was a bar in Salem, MA that always had these great bands play there. They were, for the most part local bands, or bands that were on a small time tour of the North East Region of the USA. Anyway, these were your typical bar bands that were at times, really really good, and at other times, simply just a bar band that was lucky to be playing at the place at all. Not a very big venue, just a typical bar with some pool tables maybe a Golden Tee Golf video game and somewhat of a stage/dancefloor. Anyway, one of the bands that would appear there on a somewhat regular basis was a really good band who you just knew was talented. Their name GodSmack and their front man Sully Erna was a "local boy done good" so to speak. Anyway, it might have been 6 months later and I was watching that same band at OzzFest on the mainstage just before Ozzy himself came on. So, my random fact is that I have had a chance to see GodSmack play in a fairly small bar and on a big stage with thousands of people watching. Both were cool.

Wow...I would have loved to see them before they got big...like I've said before I love to hear bands play. Right now I'm hooked on a local bar band called Silvertung...you should check them out on myspace. They really rock...I bought there CD the first night I saw them...I made all the guys in the band sign it. I told them I know they are going to make it big and I wanted to be one of the first ones to have a signed CD. They are great guys too...very down to earth!

Good evening my lovely rockstars...how is everyone doing tonight? I just wanted to stop by before I was off to bed and read a few posts. Its been a long day...I'm really tired again...this is becoming normal now...ugh!

My day was crazy at work again...and guess what the crazy lady that didn't receive the cookbook from back in 2004...they gave her one and even through in a free bumper sticker or button for her troubles. What the heck troubles did she have? A problem dialing the phone or sending an email...dang! What is this world coming to? I had to have someone else deal with her cause I would have told her where to stick the cookbook...LOL

I did pretty good with my eating today...until we got pizza for dinner...than of course the temptation over came me and I scarfed some pizza. Boy was it good but I am sure paying for it now...feel gross and filled. I mean really filled...yuck!

Hello for Wednesday AM!!!! I had a great dr. appt yesterday! My doc had all the labs done the week prior and he went over them with me. Everything was perfect! He said he didn't say that much to his patients but everything was great! He said my a1c (diabetes check) was 6.3 which is excellent. He was thrilled. Then he noticed I had lost 13 pounds since my last visit and it was then he went running around the back office staff saying, "Stacey's morphing"! It was pretty cool! I promised the next time I see him to be even thinner. So, that was a good appointment!

Am running out the door to take son to school. Still sick, and was Rx'd amoxi yesterday but I do plan on walking further than I did yesterday if lungs can handle it. Yesterday, we only did around the block once. I will write more and read the forums as I haven't had the chance yet to read them.

I think Sully used to play drums if I remember correctly...AND I think he was very young like 14???? This is off of memory and no real research so I may be way off...LOL

So a few years back a good friend of mine was trying to loose some weight and was seeing a nutritionist for help in doing so. His nutritionist had told him that eating pizza for dinner was actually not a bad thing really. It came as a surprise to him, and when he told me, it came as a surprise to me too. I would say, with that, there are some obvious stipulations like a "meat lovers" thick pan greaaaasssy pizza may not be as good as a thin crust cheese only, but anyway, figured I'd share with ya.

Good almost afternoon Rockstars!

Things here are going well today I suppose. It's actually COLD (or was) this morning here just North of Boston, YEAY THE FALL IS ALMOST HERE!!!! My favorite time of year is the fall, and specifically October. Not JUST cause my b-day is October 24th but because HALLOWEEN!!!! is a week later, the weather is my favorite (mid 60's and sometimes low 70's), the trees in New England all change color and it's very nice looking all over the place. Some people like Spring, or Summer, and a few people like Winter (I'm ok with winter), but for me...Fall is where it's at and today feels like a fall day, I'm in my shorts and a t-shirt, and have a pair of sandals on and all my windows open to get some fresh air....yeay! Actually, just after writing this and thinking about the fall and the fact that just a few weeks away I'll get to walk around downtown Salem, go to haunted houses, drink warm apple cider, and yes, have apple pie with some vanilla ice cream it's put me in a VERY good mood...lol. Ok, that is all for now.

Hi again. I had to pack up some more pants. I just bought these capris back in July and I went out and was walking around and they kept slipping down my waist exposing the tops of my underwear. I was afraid I was going to cause a scene so they are no longer going to be in the closet now. I can't wait until I take a new default pic as that one is not attractive at all, and those pants are gone now too. It's funny kind of because I thought I could wear the pants but it became evident after I walked around a bit.

it's sooo tough trying 2 stay on a diet. i'm of course off the SHD but now i'm just on a low fat/calorie diet i guess. i mean i proably run between 600-700 calories n the fat grams are probaly running from 4-5 fat grams. i know it doesn't sound like much but if u get on my pg u'll c what it is n it's just mostly low fat or ff items. n i use ww bread 4 sandwiches. but ne wayz, no the whole reason i posted this was because I'm just having the hardest time getting use 2 a new diet n sticking 2 it. I alwayz do no matter how hard/easy the diet may be or workout rutine. my ? is when u r running if u do what keeps u 2 keep gn?i really don't have patience n endurance so when running i have the hardest just continuing 2 do it. all i can think about is how tired i am n i usaully end up quitting becuz my minds made me more tired than what i really was.
