I can take weigh ins the next two weeks if Tanis can't just let me know!

Ok everyone how do we feel if I step up to lead the team? I talked with Tanis and Lyssa and one of them will take over the weigh in's while I'm away. Then when I come back we can figure out what changes need to be made and what we all want out of a weight loss team so on and so forth. Please lets not let the team fall apart...I need this team and don't want to see everyone branch out to other teams can we keep our spirits up and push through?

Jenn I think it would be great if you took over. I will be gone the 29th - 1st. So I can't do it that weekend. I will be here during the week this next week to help out while Jenn is gone.

I think Jenn would be a wonderful captain. and Tanis a wonderful co captain or assistant captain or whatever. I am all for it. Anything I can do, just let me know. I keep trying to blog but when it feels like everybody is either leaving or just does not care, it's hard.

Hello all... I am so sorry for not being on this week. My computer has crashed big, big time. Every time I try to get on a site it "poof" out on me. I miss you all and I finally reached goal and then get this computer trouble. It's still not fixed. My son is a computer Technican and he can't figure it out yet. Anyways what is happening to the team? Lyssa I can understand the stress you have had lately. I understand you stepping down from captain of the team, I just don't understand why you are leaving all together. I think we need to get it all going again here. Come on Diamonds we can do it. If I am not on for awhile. I will weigh in. Sorry......I can't get on here more until the computer is fixed. Take care all.

I'm with You!! I really really need this team right now. I may be being kind of selfish but this team has really helped me get through some very rough times. Lately I have tried to not focus so much on keeping the weight off but getting my mind in the right place and this team has helped me to do so. When I have needed an out I have come here. Let's pull together team!! We can do this!!
And I don't feel that there is any reason for anyone on this team to feel out of place or not wanted on the team. We are all here for the same reasons and we need to pull together!!

We really do need to pull together tighter now ,and work each other. I have not been the best so please forgive me. I know that you get frrom this site what you give. I haven't been to involved lately , and I can tell . I do know that this forum does help me and I wish that everyone felt at home here. If there is any suggestions to help us make everyone feel welcome please speak up.

Lyssa sorry to hear that you are stepping down and leaving the team, we will miss you. I totally understand the stresses you have been going through but I hope you will reconsider staying a diamond though...

Jenn I think that is great that you want to step in and lead.

I just want to mention that I am out on vacation too, starting Sunday and won't be able to post all week and probably will miss weigh in next Saturday...not sure who needs to note that I will be gone, just don't want anyone to think I'm a no show. Than when I get back from vacation it is back full force...I need to refocus and recommitt, it's been a tough summer and I need to regain my motivation that brought me here in the first place. That...team will be my main goal this next week, to soul search and get back on track. WE CAN DO THIS DIAMONDs!!!!
