Re: Halloween Challenge - Trick or Treat
Hello Great job all! I am a firm believer that in order to stick to working out it has to be something fun and that you enjoy so you keep wanting to do it. Such as dog walking, hacky sack, sports(I'm not sportsy but trying to find examples), jumproping, riding a bike for fun, dancing like an idiot, etc. What is your favorite exercise? I think i am kind of starstruck by the idea that jumproping and dancing alone in my room is exercise(looks like i'm having a seizure when I dance bc I have no rythm or skills lol). I am looking out for more unique ideas such as this.
