Okay, let's get serious. This group is only for those who are determined to get fit and lose weight. This is a 90-day challenge group. We'll see how successful we are at 90 days!
Rules are:
#1. Let's put nutritious food in our bodies.
#2. Exercise at least 30 minutes/day 4 or more times per week.
#3. Never beat ourselves up for backsliding.
#4. Realize we are sexy women RIGHT NOW, just like we are.
#5. Have a specific goal in mind.
#6. Be accountable to us in the Hip Chicks group. Weekly weigh-in is a must!
First, anyone who wants to join this group, let the rest of us know your current weight, your current exercise level, and your most important goal.
Second, you should post on the Hip Chicks Forum at least once a week, or the rest of us will hunt you down!
Third, be honest about where you are and where you are going, goal-wise. Let the rest of us help you if you need it. Share your ideas, recipes, triumphs, and disasters!
Last, I GUARANTEE that in the 90-day Hip Chick Challenge that we will ALL see a big difference.
