Hey Chicks!
Love reading your posts about how your challenge is going. Mine is okay, although I haven't lost any weight yet, I haven't gained any, either. This has been the week from hell: my cousin is in ICU and the whole family is up in the air; work was unbelievable; and I have had problems with late-night eating (stop me, someone - how do you deal with this???? ). So it is very much a process.
I did do something GOOD for myself this week: I made sure to dress really nice for work and other occasions. It makes you feel so much better than just slopping around in sweats with no make-up. What are your thoughts on this? Is dressing well important to you? Why? Or do you feel that it is unnecessary?

dressing well is very important to me, and it helps your self esteem, it's necessary because you just feel alot better about yourself ....
right now i'm limited of nice clothing, because just about all my nice clothing are too little

and i'm just trying to make the best of the clothing that fit....

but i'm encourage to keep walking for an hour a day, stick to chicken and veggies, also work out to taebo 3 days a week and i'm just going to stay encourage and consistent, for i'm tired of pity parties, and i'm ready for my change to come

Hi everyone, so far this week has been going well. I had one slip-up on Thursday, but I got right back on track. I've done 4 workouts so far this week and I am planning on doing one tonight. As of this morning I am down 1 pound since joining this challenge.

Lisa, I am so sorry about your cousin being in the ICU.

Hello Ladies, I posted a gain today and I am back up to 238. It's all good. I will lose it eventually. It was an emotional week for some reason, even tho I did walk except 2 days out of the week. I am on track today so that's a plus! Walked last night a good, long walk with my daughter, her friend and her friend's 2 dogs. We took a different route so it was exciting and with the company, it was a great walk and we even went further because we were having such a good time.

Ok...so I didn't do to well this week...ugh! I gained...so I'm up to 219...not doing that again. I'm starting tomorrow...as a new day...I'm heading to the grocery store and buying all the good stuff...I won't have any excuses for next weeks weigh in. I'm going to lose...I can do this. Sorry I have to talk myself through this...lol

Hi! I'd like to join too, though I'm a little late. I would like to be under 200 pounds by the end of this challenge, 199 is totally cool with me, so that puts me at 37 pounds in 90 days. Currently, I get most of my physical activity at work (I'm constantly running around my store), but I'm trying to get in some sort of other physical activity each day. Is there a certain day each week we need to post our weight? I haven't read all the posts, husband is rushing me. Looking forward to this!

Hey everyone- I am in the middle of a tiny plateau. Nothing too bad though, I'm sure I'll snap out of it. The frustrating thing is that this week I've been so good with my diet. I was actually starting to think that I'm not eating enough. Maybe my body is going into starvation mode,who knows. I had three good days of exercise too. Oh well, if I'm gonna be in this for the long haul, I've got to expect some ups and downs,right? I do have some good news to report though,one month ago I had done all of my body measurements, and I measured again this evening, and in a month's time, I've lost a total of 8.5 inches! The measurements say that my body is changing, so who cares what the scale says! I hope everyone is having a good weekend....
