Awsome Job Kama!!!!! I had a feeling that you would see it come off once you shook things up a bit with lower calories. You are amazing!!!!
Great plans & accountability everybody I have a lot of work to do this week so I will try to be on here as much as I can.
    Same old same old when it comes to a plan .....

  • about 1200 cal per day
  • exercise video on Mon. Wed. Fri; 30 min (or as much as I can do with time constraints)treadmill on Tues. Thurs
  • Gallon of water+ a day

CONGRATULATIONS KAMA!!!! I AM SO PROUD OF YOU!

I am rocking and rolling already at work so I have to make this quick.

Goals for the week:
Get back on plan which means:
1200 calories
64 oz of water
vitamin
treadmill or other walking 5 days this week (trying for 6)
strength training 5-6 days
razz and support my wonderful buddies

Well, my plan is not much different. Need to get thru 6 weeks, maintenance now.

3. drink at least 80 oz of water

Morning Wildcats!!

Kama- I am so proud of you!! Way to go!! I got on the scale yesterday and I had lost a pound!! I was so excited- too late for weigh-in of course, but it will count for this week!!

My goals for the week are:

Stay OP 6 days
Exercise 6 days
96 oz water daily
Be more active in the evenings
Be a blessing to someone every day
Lose 1 more pound before Friday's weigh in

Today:
B- 2 pieces pb toast- 3pts
Getting ready to go on my first 10 min walk

Where is everybody today? It's lonely in here! I don't have a plan for today- and that is because there is no food in my house!! LOL Mark just got paid today so I put his check in the bank at lunch and will be going grocery shopping when I get off work. I had Subway for lunch, and I'm really feeling full, so dinner will probably be very light. I've got a hankering for salad, so that will probably be it. I'm actually a little busy at work for a change, and it's been nice because the day is going by quickly!!

Well People, this past 2 months have been awfully challenging for me
and even gained. But I restarted day shift and hope this will keep me going again!!

My goals for this week are

* 1200-1300 calories daily
* 60-80 oz. water/green tea daily
* 45 minutes of elliptical daily
* 3 times a week free weights
* avoid opening my fridge after 6pm
* Start my blogs again to vent every time I need food for support

Have all an amazing week !!
