JILLIAN'S TIP OF THE DAY
Hop to It
What form of cardio can you do anywhere? No matter where you are or what the weather, you can always jump. It will take a little time to build up endurance for this form of cardio, so try it in intervals at first: Jump one minute, rest the next, and so on. Jumping is an outstanding form of cardio, both for burning calories and toning your quads, hamstrings, and calves. You can jump up and down, jump rope, do jumping jacks, or get creative — the possibilities are endless.

Jenny-congrats on keeping up the workout though, you can always start today and get back on track! I got a little off track this weekend, I think...but now I'm coming back!
Annia-good job walking 4 miles on the treadmill. I prefer working out inside, as it is cooler than running or jogging outside in the heat
Kama/Betsy- we had an awful storm in my area! my dad and I were going to pick the car up and it was starting, I hate driving in the rain! I could barely see...I even stopped, got out of the car to get the mail. It felt like hail or something! yikes...

so we picked up the car, my dad figured the guy would have other jobs lined up and would not get to our car today, but he did. so it looks like I can go to Curves in the morning! Yay!

Today's Accountability:
B-egg, enlgish muffin and banana
L-turkey wrap
S-Curves bar
D-salmon patty, corn, broccoli and pineapples
Total Calories: I got 1,789 when I added up...but I think it should be lower than that. I didn't have much corn, but I counted it as a cup, the same with the pineapples. plus I know my mom used saltine crackers to make the salmon cake but I don't know how much she used, but I calculated a cup and it came up to 300 calories...so that number might be exaggerated. But I think I'd rather over count than under count..
Vitamins~check
Water~check
Exercise: I did the 1 mile 2 times...I peeked at the 2 mile though. it seems to be the same core moves (knee up, kicks ect) but it goes faster, at least through the warm up. so I'm thinking of trying that next week!

Hey everybody! Sorry I didn't check in yesterday ... Working is hard. I give you guys with full time jobs and kids and stuff all the credit in the world! I have been keeping up with my plan. Today I weighed in at 110.5. I'm glad that I upped my strength training. I know I am gaining muscle and that makes me feel great . My mom got me a pair of pants that are a size 2 and they fit! And fit good. I was blown away! The butt is a little loose and that makes me sad. Jeff said that I already lost my boobs(went from D cup to A cup), so if I lose my butt he is going to be pissed He is so silly. It sounds like everybody is doing good. Dagny, I think you should give that 2 miler a shot one day next week. I think its good to really push yourself beyond what you think you can do once and a while. Just take breaks if you need them! As long as you are moving, you are keeping your heart rate up, thats what matters most! Today is cleaning day, so I will be busy all day. Plus I need to pick those damn green beans again. Then tomorrow, we have a family picnic, then the carnival, then the reunion. Sunday we go to the RC track (my uncles have a club w/ the hobby shop) so Jeff can race. He has two gas powered cars. He has a really good time and I help my uncles out, keeping track of the races and who wins (they get prizes). So my weekend is packed. I'll try to be on later, but I'm not promising anything. If I don't talk to you guys again before the weekend, have a great weekend, and don't forget to weigh in!!! ((((LUVZ)))) GOOOO WILDCATS!!! (shaking my pom-poms )

Good morning Cats!!! Looks like everyone did wonderfully yesterday. Let's keep up the great work. We are all so worth it. I am slacking slightly today as I had my 2 year old nephew last night. Just took him home to his mommy thank god. Not much to report yet just some breakfast.

B- 1c Honey nut cheerios, 1/2c 1/2% milk------5pts
1 liter of water plus took my multivitamin
40 minutes Biggest loser workout 1, 1 mile WATP
L-1c cabbage from yesterday, 1c potato, 2tsp light margarine, 1 piece sausage-----9pts
1 liter of water
S-1 peach----1pt
D-2 chicken thighs, 1c mashed potatoes, 1/2c corn-----15pts
1 liter of water

total points = 30 pts
I have a really hard time getting in my points I am supposed to have 41 a day right now. I can't add veggies as they are no points.....oh well it seems to be working well for me even if I don't reach my points everyday.

Hope everyone has a wonderful Friday. More later.

Hi Wildcats! Yay for Friday!! I never remember to post my dinner but I guess I need to start because other wise I'm doing half of what I should be. I made green bean casserole for dinner. I had about a cup of it and that's it. I didn't feel like cooking anything else- probably a bad thing but I swear these long hours and driving are killing me. Then I had a handful of Doritos then put them away before I kept eating them - I regret buying them. Robby finally put up the pull-up bar. I can't even do ONE! lol. He lifted me up so I could at least do one - but that doesn't count. He can do like three or four and that's it. He better be able to - he's a carpenter and walks/lifts all day! BTW - he's still working so our financial situation is still solid =)

Doing good today - having the usual so far:

B- 1 c. of raisin bran w/ skim milk
S - Activia with 2 tbs light whipped cream
No water yet - I'm going to the water cooler right now

I have to be honest and say I haven't been exercising - I take the stairs at work and I make a point of walking as much as I can during work but when I get home I just deflate. I love the summer but man I wish I had a pool - then I could tell you guys I did laps. lol

Anybody doing anything fun this weekend? I hope Robby and I will go hiking tomorrow or Sun. I'm meeting my sister for dinner at a new restaraunt we've never had before - I'm going for the chicken or salad I promise! And water to drink - no soda! I'm going back up to Michigan to visit my family - I'm flying up Tues evening and coming back to GA Sunday night. I have a full schedule while I'm up there and I might not be able to weigh in - but I will try! My mom will feed me healthy food because she's knows I'm trying to lose weight - but I am meeting friends and stuff a couple times so I have to watch it - I'm going to try and be on my best behavior with food while I'm up there!
