TGIF!! Busy here today! I lost a pound this week so I'm very excited! So good to see the scale move, even if only a little bit, after going so long with nothing happening! I hope everyone has a great weekend!!

I just found this kitty so adorable...good luck on your weigh ins cats!

I couldn't fall asleep last night, so I was listening to a cd and one of my favorite songs came up. I haven't heard it in a long time, but I've just always loved it!
