Good JOb Heartbreakers!

I am proud to be on our team!.

GOALS:

1. Get back to lots of water every day, been slacking some.
2. Slow down weight loss some, by drinking milk skim with meals again, to add back some healthy calories. That is one of the things I miss most!!
3. Go visit my mother in law more often (doenst have to be a weight loss goal does it?)

WE DID IT AGAIN!! CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL OF US ...FOR HOLDING OURSELVES ACCOUNTABLE!!

AND OF COURSE ..NOW THE SCALE IS SAYING I LOST 2 POUNDS BUT...IM SURE ITS JUST FLUCTUATING...I HATE THAT! I REALLY SHOULDNT WEIGH AS MUCH AS I DO...LOL

My Goals for the week:
1. Walk 5 out of 7 days, 30 min. - 1hr.
2. Drink as much water as I possibly can
3. Healthy food choices 90% of the time, work on getting more fiber rich foods into my diet
4. Get on here and support all of my buddies!

it was nice hearing from you April. i am glad to be a part of the heartbeakers.
i need to learn how to eat better. about 4 yrs ago i lost 50 pds. i lost this weight by starving myself pretty much. eating just 2 meals a day and piggy out on the weekends. this have been a routine for the past years. now i have notice that the weight has stopped coming off and i am just gaining. friends have told me you need to eat more, but every time i eat a little i feel like a will gain even more weight. so today is a new day. i will eat health. do anyone have a sample menu breakfast, lunch, and dinner. i forget snack also.

Oh geez! Mother nature has come to cause destruction. It's that time again. Usually, I get the munchies but lately I've been looking at junkfood and feeling like I want to throw up. Maybe it's a good thing, cause it'll keep me away from the junk food. Tis a new week! I'm excited.

Goals

1. Excersize, excersize, excersize! (I'm beginning to slow down on this one)
2. Continue to eat healthy
3. Drink my H2O
4. Work on toning my arms, legs, and butt
5. Stay positive
6. Come on the computer more to motivate my buddies
7. Come Saturday, lose more weight.

Woot, woot. Let's do this, heartbreakers!

My goal to this week is to get back to the gym and do some strength training again. The only thing is...I am too tired to lift weights!

I need a tip! Do any of you use any supplements or energy drinks or bars that give you extra energy for the gym?

Hi all
My goals for the week are as follows:

Walk 2 days for an hour
Use Biggest Loser DVD for 3 days
Drink at least 66 oz of water a day
Stay on points
try to get out of this "funk"
limit salt intake


I have my doctors appointment for a check up tomorrow. (not the doctor that told me I couldn't do it) I will let you all know how things go tomorrow once I get home. I am a bit nervous. I don't even know why.

Hi Julie, I'm glad you have a doctor's apt. tomorrow. Be sure to tell him about your depression, or 'funk' and you call it. It may have something to do with your medication.... maybe it's still to strong a dose for the new little you. Let us know how it goes. Have a good evening.......see you tomorrow.
