Oh Lyssa I'm sorry you had a rough night. You have been through so much..hopefully this will be the turning point for you. It is good to cry it always makes me feel better too.

Well looks like a nice day today outside here. I got some yard saleing in today and some walking. How's everyone doing on the challenges for the weekend?

Linda I see no problems with the weekend challenge.. sit ups are my enemy because I get dizzy when I lay back sometimes but I will try it. Don't forget to weigh in everyone.

Hey Zina, great job. Look at the challenge again, it's push ups, not sit ups. and you can do them against a wall, that's the way I have to.

Today is my 25th Annivesary party that my kids are having for us. I have nothing to wear. Everything fits ok but I have wore these dresses and skirts before. I want something new.... I went shopping yesterday and couldn't find anything. We are limited to one car this week so I have to have my husband take me shopping. I have no idea how you made it. I never will. I admire your stay to itiveness. my aunt and uncle were married 66 years when she passed. He is lost without her.

Hey everybody. sorry I'm so late getting on here today. I have been cutting corn off the cob to freeze ever since I got up today. tonight we are having dinner for my father in law's birthday which was yesterday. He was 73 I think. Got some more cooking to do. Including my Sam cake. That's what I call it, He doesn't like icing on his cakes so I make a plain yellow one and call it a Sam cake. I know I'm goofy. Hope everybody is having a good day. Has anyone heard from WonderWoman? She hasn't been on in a few days which is so unlike her. Don't forget if you haven't done it yet to send Lyssa your weigh ins.
