Hi All. I am still feeling pretty crappy today with plugged up sinuses. My daughter has it now and I have to take her to the dr. I just wanna stay home and get well. My endo dr appt was great yesterday as he said my diabetic and thyroid function tests were great so to keep doing what I am doing. He was really excited to note that I had lost 13 lbs since last visit. It was so exciting to see him so excited, I felt on cloud 9 all day!!! Well, I want to walk today so hope I feel up to it.

Just got the reminder that weigh is next Thursday! YIKES!!!! Can't believe how fast the time flies, need to get my butt in gear and get some of this weight off before weigh in. Can't post another gain or maintain - so far I've had no progress, feels like I'm just spinning my wheels. NEED TO GET WITH IT!!!! Well, I'm off to go exercise! MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Hello Everyone! Just touching base with you all. I started school back this week and have a very busy schedule, nevertheless, I have not forgot about this forum, lol. I'm taking chemistry, dev. psychology, algebra and medical terminology. I started working w/ a fitness trainer today, who gives me info day by day and will be changing my workout week by week. I'm learning alot from him and he's very helpful. I lost 3 1/2 lbs this week...YAY! Hope all is well with everyone here

Wow, Mecka, you have a lot going on in your life!!! My daughter just took Med term and is in medical assistance class. She really likes the medical field. What is it you are working on your degree for? My daughter wants to be a prosthetic specialist.
