I have been nervous all day watching the news and hoping Annie and others that we know will be okay and they will survive the hurricane. I didn't do very well today with my diet. Ate too much, didn't walk, and just stayed close to home watching all the 24 hour news channels. I am rededicating myself to get back on track tomorrow as it's September 1st, and a new month. I want to lose about 10-12 lbs so I can make 225 by September 31.
