Hi Tatiana!

Thank you for starting a great thread. I've done my morning exercise. But I'll go back this evening and get the two miles in.

Wow, this is great!

I've been doing a 3 mile walk and jog 4-5 days a week. So I think this will be good for me. I will continue to do my 3 mile jog twice a week, but will extend my walking another mile to 4 miles three times a week.

I measure my distance on a trail that leads to the beach. It's very long and has mile markers. I usually start at the 1.5 or 2 mile marker, go all the way down to the ocean and walk back up, making it 3-4 miles total. It's a great walk/jog right next to the river.

The great thing about this is my son practices football in a park next to the trail every evening M-F so I really have no excuse not to walk...lol

Okay I am so game. I can easily do an hour on the treadmill or my Leslie Sansone WATP series dvds to get to 4 miles. Does it start today?

What a great group of walkers. Welcome everyone.

I walked 6 miles today. Two miles to work and four miles in the park after work. I use a pedometer to count miles. 2000 steps = 1 mile.

Let's all check in at the end of the day.

Jenny, the challenge started today but it's okay to start tomorrow.

Rhonda, how are you going to count your miles? Where are you going to walk?

Nancy, did you get your two miles in this evening?

Losingit, what a great way to get the miles in, walking to the beach.

Ok girls, hopefully, we can get more people tomorrow. I know that Zina and Dawn were going to sign in for a challenge as well as Stacey.
