2. 5 mile walk with Leslie Sansone
3. Break day
4. 8 Core challenges
5. 20 minute level 3 30 day shred
6. 8 upper body challenges, 60 situps
7. 20 minute level 3 30 day shred, tonite
8. 20 minute level 3 30 day shred, 30 minutes, Billy Blanks live boot camp, back to back
9. nothing was sick
10. Break day
11. 20 minute level 3 30 day shred
12. 20 minute level 3 30 day shred, 60 situps
13. 20 minute level 3 30 day shred
14.20 minute level 3 30 day shred

1-3 Lots of walking while on holidays, knee held out so I was very pleased
4. Nothing but riding in the car all day long
5. Back home and back into routine (boy did I miss that)
3 miles with Leslie, 40 mins. Fat to Firm DVD, 25 mins. mini tramp., 1 hr 20 min. evening walk
6. Mini tramped 25 mins., water aerobics 60 mins., walked briskly 45 mins.
7. 25 mins. mini tramp, 30 mins. Fat to Firm DVD, 1 hr walk,
45 min. evening walk
8. 60 mins. water aerobics, 40 mins. with Leslie
9. 2 hr walk with hubby down the river trails - pedometer says 9.45 miles
great exercise and beautiful scenery but darn sore knee, 25 min. mini tramp
10. 25 min. mini tramp, 40 mins. Hot body Bootcamp (new DVD) wow Good workout,
11. 25 mini tramp 2x, 20 mins. Jillians 30 day shred LEVEL One, 20 mins calorie blasting DVD, 20 mins. cardio
12. 30 mins. bootcamp DVD, 1 hr walk, 27 mins. 30 day Shred level 1, 15 mins. mini tramp, 25 mins. mini tramp
13. 25 mins mini tramp, 3 miles with Leslie, 4 fast miles with Leslie
14. 20 mins. Jillians 30 day shred level 1, 3 miles with Leslie, evening walk?

Hey buds,

Just wanted to let you know that i keep checking in on you to make sure you're still at it and here you are!!! YAY YOU! Nancy, so nice to have you in the forum, too!!!!

Got some yoga in yesterday and walks the last two days after being out of town over weekend. Slammed yesterday and today with wet basement, skunks, tree diseases, and that not so fun part of home ownership very happy with the house still and will keep moving as much as i can! you all keep it up, too!!!

Ewww, the whole skunks, tree dieseases and wet basement sounds like a big headache. WIll do and have a great weekend.
