1-3 Lots of walking while on holidays, knee held out so I was very pleased
4. Nothing but riding in the car all day long
5. Back home and back into routine (boy did I miss that)

6. Mini tramped 25 mins., water aerobics 60 mins., walked briskly 45 mins.
7. 25 mins. mini tramp, 30 mins. Fat to Firm DVD, 1 hr walk,
45 min. evening walk
8. 60 mins. water aerobics, 40 mins. with Leslie
9. 2 hr walk with hubby down the river trails - pedometer says 9.45 miles
great exercise and beautiful scenery but darn sore knee, 25 min. mini tramp
10. 25 min. mini tramp, 40 mins. Hot body Bootcamp (new DVD) wow Good workout,
