ok so i've lost at least a pound this week. I'm not sure if I post how many I want to lose, or how many i have lost. I want to lose 2 lbs this week.

I can't speak for the other ??? folks, but I thought we were supposed to send our weights to Tanis (which is what I did). I can't keep up with the changes (I don't have time to read the forum every day - especially with close to 40 pages a week - whoo hoo you guys sure can chat up a storm!

Hope everyone is doing well.

My Goal this week: LOSE - DON'T GAIN.

Sorry to hear about your news Melissa... Hope you are doing ok. You need to chat just let me know...

Great job everyone on the weightloss...

Well we got hit again by the storms... A few large tree branches hit our car. One went through the front window and the other crushed the hood.. We are still going on vacation this week. Hope we can relax and not have to worry about the car. It means we have to rent a car while the other one gets fixed..
My goals for this week-
To loose weight too like Diane said and try to relax and enjoy my vacation. We are leaving Thursday... So I'll be around part of the week...
