Hi everybody. Sorry I've been MIA. Hubby's family had a reunion yesterday then I came home and tried to get online and something was going on with my satellite. So here I am again. My bubba is home, says he feels alittle better, but just wiped out. I understand that feeling. My vertigo is trying to flare up. I think it's stress over schoolwork, since I can't get on here with you all, I can't get on there either. Everybody take care and have a good Sunday.

Goals

1. Watch the food intake. Try to make better choices.
2. Get ALL my water in.
3. Up the exercise.
4. Be a better buddy.

Yea Lyssa!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A new beginning. Hang in there, you will do wonderfully and twice to the gym. I am envious of all of you who can actually do that. I live in the boonies and with gas the price it is, we have to ride together, thus, no gym for me. I'll just keep walking. I am so proud of you, both for the exercise and your new beginning. The beginning of the new Lyssa, new life, new do, change in eating habits. you go girl.

Hello Diamonds! Thanks for all the Birthday Wishes! I had so much fun last night. We went to an outdoor concert to see Billy Bob Thornton. He was fantastic. He put on a real good show. I drank toooo much so I'm paying the price today. The scale was good to me today! No gain from the partying. lol

Hey WW, belated Happy Birthday. I'm mad at my satellite, it's deciding when I can and can't get on. Telling me something about a storm and we were not having one. Go figure. Anyway glad you had a good time and didn't overindulge too much. I tried not to at the reunion yesterday, but........anyway overall for the whole day I don't think I did too bad. That's the important thing. Too many stressers going on right now and it's affecting me all over, but it will get better I guess. sorry, got to rambling there when all I wanted to say was Happy Birthday, a bit late.

Oh well, less food, less calories. and you probably did not eat much earlier in the day so you had less calories to start with.
