Don't you hate it when you thought you made a good food choice, but in the end it had you fooled. Yesterday I had Subway for dinner. Well I got the tuna thinking tuna...you know that it is good for you. Do you know that the tuna has like 530 calories and 31 whole grams of fat....I just looked it up. That 6 inch sub was like 14 points. Thank god I stopped eating after that. I now know that next time it will be the oven roasted chicken with only 310 calories and 5 grams of fat.

Congrats Jenny on almost making your mini goal! of course we all Luv ya!
Whoa, I love Tuna wraps at subway! it's what I always order....guess I need to find a new sandwich. its probably all that mayo? when I make tuna sandwiches I never put that much mayo in!
So my parents and I went on our picnic with my sister's family. We were there all day and just got home, I think I did bad...but considering we have 4 or more types of meat (um steak, cheeseburgers, hotdogs, bbqed chicken and fish) I did ok. the fish was for me, cause I don't eat the other stuff (I'm weird) I also had...a salad, some pringles chips, watermelon and angel food cake. Then my sister wanted dad to take us to get ice cream so I decided to just get a small cone. the damage was 1,236 calories, so I need to find something light for lunch or totally skip it...
But I was very active! I took my bike and rode around a little. but then my dad was riding it and found out there is something with the tire so I didn't get as much riding as I'd liked.
So I played with the kids. We went on a few walks around the park, and even played hide and go seek which consisted of counting to ten and me trying to run and hide and obviously not succeeding. So I did get a little exercise in, though I'd not call it that.
I drank all water today! I'm on my 4th bottle.
I hope everyone is enjoying their weekend!

It is good to see that you followed up that yummy food with some good exercise. Yeah who would of thunk it about the tuna?! That's what my hubby said too all that mayo...at home I use light miracle whip like a tablespoon. Well, you learn something new everyday.

This week's goals:
*1200-1500 calores
*Curves and rowing at least 3 times this week
*Vitamin and water!
*Eating more fruits and veggies
*Lose 2+ pounds this week
*Try to blog more...

I would do the upper body things but I have no weights. I'm not sure when I will be getting to walmart but I plan to buy some workout stuff and even a workout video (Walk away the pounds if I can find it) to add variety to my workout! (I do think the Jillian videos look good too, but I don't think I'm at that level of fitness yet! lol)

I need to work on eating more fruits and veggies I think...so I added those to my goals.

I just watched the most amazing program on the TLC channel called "I eat 33,000 calories a day." There were four very obese people talking about their addictions to food. Some of them consumed close to 15,000 calories a day and 700 fat grams. I could totally relate and it was a very insightful program. There was this one woman who weighed 364 lbs, which is close to what I weighed when I started BS. I was like wow thats me. Very eye opening.

Great plan for this week. You can still do the Upper body workouts just with no weights....trust me you can still feel the burn.

Thumbs down Re: Wildcats Serious Forum #68, No Fear!!!

Well Wildcats - I must say I didn't do very good these past few days Friday I came home all stressed out from my commute (I work out in Atlanta right now) and went immediately and grabbed an ice cream bar when I got home. I didn't work out either. Saturday on our way out we were so hungry we stopped at fast food (which, yes included a milkshake - I'm admitting it). But we did walk around the flea market (and it was HOT) for about an hour. We went to the movies and I had popcorn w/o extra butter - but I did drink from the soda. Today we actually went on a 5 mile hike up in north GA near the mountains - that kicked my butt. But yet again we stopped for fast food on the way back Regretful - I was trying to be smart and put a powerbar in my backpack but I was so hungry and a powerbar just didn't sound as good. I need some self control...... Well I hope that 5 miles made a difference! My legs sure feel it.
