Wow, congrats on the win team! That is awesome and it makes me feel even more pumped to be coming to the team this week! Some great loses in there! Way to go!
I am going to post my goals for the week.
Start over with the couch to 5k so that means running on Mon, Wed, and Fri.
Also, minimum of 45 mins of cardio on Tues & Thurs.
Weights Mon-Fri. (alternating muscle groups)
Stay 100% OP 6 days and allow one cheat meal on Sunday.
This will be a test for me. We are doing work on the house and I will have to make the time for exercise but I WILL do it.
