Re: Heartbreakers #22 That's what friends are for.
I just have to laugh about all the bodily fluids and such. I have been peed on so many times that it doesn't even faze me anymore. And the diarreah, goes, I can remember a trip going out of the province and having to go and buy clothes for the baby because of that! I guess we have all been there when you are mothers! As for trusting my husband to pack the diaper bag, no thank you. I know without a doubt, he will forget the most crucial things.
The beginning of this year, I was visiting in the States and was iwth my motehr when we picked up the rental car for me. I got allt he car seats transferred and everyone in and my mother leaves....with the diaper bag. Of course, this is when my little one decides to poop. Yikes! So, to the store I went to buy wipes, diapers and such. The minute I got them, race to the bathroom (with the other two beign towed along) to change. Of course, baby gets hungry on the way home and no bottle and can't buy milk because the brand is not available there.
Gosh, isn't being a mother fun!! hehe.
But full of it's own rewards!
Joy, so sorry to hear about all the stress. I would let your financess or other amily members run interference for you with other people. I had a terrible wedding and if I would ever get married again, I would never have another wedding! Just take a deep breath and back away slowly from the bad food. I know it is super hard with all that stress.
