Okay, so I gained 1.5 lbs. Whoops. But don't worry, I have a plan. In fact, I just went to the Dr. today and got birth control pills to help with an ovary problem I have that contributes to weight gain. In another two months I can also get a different type of medicine for diebetics that will help my body use sugar properly. AND OF COURSE I will diet and excercise more! So, things will get better soon. That's all for now!

I lost 1 and don't know how to help fix the thing but -1 for me.
Today we had a grad party and still no one is noticed. I won't see most of them now until Thanksgiving/Christmas, maybe by then soemone will notice when I am closing in my Year Goal.

Today I did the Leslie Sanson 1 mile Jog and it went well! My eating was bad though. Hate that!

morning all
So I got really ticked off yesterday at not losing any since I had been working my butt off in the yard and eating well. I ate crazy yesterday. Now this morning with a new perspective.............I had lost 13 lbs. before coming to buddyslim. I've been hovering around the same weight for a month. Could I be at a plateau like April said? If so, how do you get past it? I know I am not at a healthy weight for my height and body build. My BMI still says overweight and I have a lot of belly fat (YUK) If any of you knows how to get past a plateau-------help!
