Hey Sarah. You are definately at the right place if you are looking for great support. I have been on BuddySlim for a little over two weeks and have already lost 13lbs. Hi Sarah, you definitely need to check out the weight loss groups, I am personally a Diamond and I love the support and challenges we give each other, just check them out, there are five teams and let the leader know you want to join the group.
