OK Since the last forum we pretty much got everthing aired out we are starting fresh!!! I hope thats okay with everyone!!

Great idea! I'm reposting my goals!

Goals for the week -

-Log all my food no matter how good or bad

-Stay around 1200 calories and under 40 grams of fat
-Lots and lots of water
-No soda
-Work out 5 days this week at minimum 30 minutes but really shoot for 45
-Run 3 days this week
-Be supportive to everyone the best way I know how
-Aim for Super Hottness! Yeah Baby! lol (kidding)

Great Goals Wonder Woman!!!

My goals for this week......

1. Stay Positive and focused
2. Keep my points
3. DRINK WATER
4. Walk atleast 2 miles daily (outside!!)
5. Do my firming exercises daily
6. Support my team members and anyone else that may need me!!
7. ENJOY LIFE!!

Welcome Wonder Woman...your graphics are awesome. I'll repost my goals as well. Maybe it will make me do well this week, you know how repetition helps the brain!

1. exercise every day
2. water,water, water
3. clean out and organize another bedroom
4. portion control
5. lose at least 1 pound
6. stay positive

You ladies have some good goals there. Tanis, I love the 2 mile walks you put down and Cathy I love how you posted you will do exercise every day. Yikes! We are red hot! Feel the burn!!!! Grrrrr!
