We just had a nice little family walk complete with some running through water fountains since it's so hot out.

Time to pack! May sneak off to yoga today - definitely tomorrow, maybe today.

My weight just moved passed the highest point on my ticker - you can't even see it! Kind of like my toes...

Well Diamonds, I ran 9 miles total this week and walked 6 miles total this week and my food was on target for 6 days and it paid off!

I lost 7 pounds! Yipeeee!

I know it sounds like alot but I kicked @ss this week and it was my first real workout week so that's why the big number. I know it won't always be like this.

Wow, good job everybody except me, sounds like we have a lot of losers this week. And I am sure Cathy just gained muscle. She works out so diligently. Great job and hope you guys do get the trophy. Maybe next week I can help too. Hope everybody is having a good Saturday. Hubby wanted to go to an estate auction this morning, old farm tools and crap. It is 90 degrees out there. I have a headache and I feel like I'm parched all over. He and his Dad are still there, I finally left them. Catch you guys later.
