I agree, chinese food can be sneaky, plus they use alot of sodium.

Plateau Busters - Part 1
Eat the Right Nutrients at the Right Times

We hear it all the time--you changed your habits and lost weight steadily, but after awhile, that progress halted. You've been stuck at the same weight for days, weeks, or even months. There's nothing more frustrating than trying your best, feeling like you are doing everything right, yet not making any progress towards your weight loss or fitness goals.

Before you inhale a bag of cookies to console yourself, realize that weight loss takes work, and isn't always perfect. But, there are plenty of ways you can re-energize your program (and motivation) to bust through your weight loss plateau.

But...what is a plateau anyway?
If you've been exercising and cutting calories for several weeks, and you're no longer seeing the same results that you experienced in the beginning...

Yay so I am back from the store, I can't wait for the picnic tomorrow. I am taking my bike up and going to ride it in the level part. There are stones on the road, and I wanted to ride in the stones (3 miles) until the smoother road, but my dad doesn't think I can ride my bike for 3 miles and my mom thinks I should stay in the park because my tire might go flat or something...
I always wanted to ride my bike on the road (it's not a highway but somewhat of a back road) but my mom said no because people don't like bikers on the road. and one time in high school I wanted to walk to my friend's house...it's like maybe less than a mile up the road. well my mom said no because someone would stop and kidnap me if I rode my bike or even walked...
so I guess I'll stay near the park...
we went to the store and got what kids wanted at the park...one girl (these are elementary kids) wanted pickles and another wanted olives! lol...odd cravings? I thought most kids wanted chips and candy?

Todays accountability:
B- Quaker Oatmeal to go
L-Tuna wrap (multi grain tortilla, romaine lettuce, sweet peppers)
Snacks: Small banana, and some watermelon I caught myself munching on
D-salad and salmon patty
This came up to about 1,228 calories I think...
Exercise-none, too hot for a walk...but I'm going to do the lower body team challenges tonight
I took my vitamins but I'm still working on my water, I will get it in though!

Hi Everyone,

This is what I made for dinner tonight and it was sooooo good! I usually don't cook (I'm lucky, my hubby does the cooking) but here's what I made. I didn't measure everything out so if you duplicate this you may have to make adjustments:
1 lb ground turkey
1 egg
1/2 c bread crumbs
1/4 c spicy bbq sauce (the hotter the better)
pepper, salt and garlic (as much as you like)
2 large ripe tomatoes - sliced thin
1/4 c diced onion
1 T dill
1 cup non fat plain yogurt
1 cucumber - sliced thin
1/4 c diced cucumber

Mix the salt, pepper, bread crumbs, egg, garlic and bbq sauce with the ground turkey. Form them into patties and grill them.
Mix the yogurt, dill, onion and diced cucumber together in a small bowl. Place the sliced tomatoes and cucumbers on a plate, crumble the turkey patty on top and top with a dollop of the yogurt sauce. Seriously, this is SO GOOD!

Have a great weekend!!
