Hi Shana...we'll all be here pulling for you. Remember you don't have to cut out snacking...you just need to find healthy snacks. I eat three good healthy meals a day, and 2-3 snacks (mid-morning, mid-afternoon, and evening). I figure those into my daily allotment of calories and log everything so that I don't go over my daily maximum. Some mid-day snacks that I have include a nutrition bar (140-180 calories), or a fruit, or a dish of berries, or any healthy thing that is right around 100-180 calories. My evening snack is normally one of those 100-calorie bags of popcorn...I love the kettle corn. You don't want to feel deprived...just figure the snacks into your total daily allotment of whatever eating plan you're on. This helps to keep you from getting overly hungry and also keeps your metabolism revved up. Have a good week!
