I woke up this morning to him running to the bathroom shouting "I have to go poopie"!!!...and he did it again!) I know, it's those little things in life that get a mommy excited, LOL.

Anyway, because of this festival, which went from Wednesday to today (Sunday)...I've put on 2 pounds - so my goal for the week will be to get that back off by Friday. Hope you all have a great day & good luck with your goals!!!
It's so great when the kids accomplish something new. This benefits all around.. LOL Tell him congratulations...

My goals for the week-
1. get the scale moving down instead of up... You know that that scale has a mind of it's own... LOL
2. eat healthier, visit the farmers market
3. Get my 18 year old son how before midnight, so I can get some much needed rest and not be stress out...
4. Cheer everyone on..
5. Work on getting Melissa to post a smile on her photos... mellissa smile!!!

LoriAnn sounds like you had a fun weekend. It's great that your little on is working on his potty training...it is such a accomplishment when they finally are out of diapers.

Great goals everyone!!

My goals for the week:
--to drink lots of water
--to organize my closets (to get ready for some skinny clothes)
--excercise 5 times
--to stick to the south beach phase 1 diet plan...1 more week than its on to phase 2

Great goals everyone...

I am having a very hard time with these last 6 pounds. Feel like I have been doing the same song and dance for the past 3-4 weeks. I do well Sunday - wed. then something happens and I am back to where I ended on Saturday for weigh in.

-I started week 5 again of the C25K. Hope to jog 20 minutes this week (did it right before vacation 2 weeks ago).
-drink more water
-try not to weigh myself everytime I into the my bathroom
-1400 calories daily

I'll try this again. I tried it earlier and it wouldn't let me post anything.

Goals:

Drink my water EVERYDAY, sometimes I fudge but don't tell Tanis.
Get more exercise.
Make healthier food selections.
See at least one pound less on the scale.
Be a better teammate.

Good luck Lia, you can do it. I understand about those six pounds, I'm having the same problems with sixty. Hang in there.
