I woke up this morning to him running to the bathroom shouting "I have to go poopie"!!!...and he did it again!) I know, it's those little things in life that get a mommy excited, LOL.

Anyway, because of this festival, which went from Wednesday to today (Sunday)...I've put on 2 pounds - so my goal for the week will be to get that back off by Friday. Hope you all have a great day & good luck with your goals!!!
Congratulations LoriAnn, those are exciting things. hope he keeps up the good work and you too, get those two pounds off and another one or two and keep them off, you can do it.

Hey guys! I am hoping to get some SERIOUS numbers this week since I started my phentermine regimen again. Cross your fingers for me, still fighting the good fight of quitting smoking... seems the boyfriend doesnt help AT ALL. Here are my goals:

1. Water water water
2. Stop smoking COMPLETELY without help from patches, gum etc.
3. Keep taking my phentermine and vitamins
4. DIG MY MANUAL TREADMILL OUT OF STORAGE AND USE IT!
5. Try to stop being so down and hard on myself and learn that life is what it is and everything will be ok.

Self esteem is WAY down lately. Not only being overweight but I feel like I am over stressed and going to break down any minute. Then I get mad at myself for not being able to deal. ugh!

I agree 100% with your goal #3 Today was the last of the parties for me for awhile. Graduation, birthday, and 4th parties are finally over... Now let's get serious....
