My Goals for the week
1. Try to get my calories up to 1200
2. Go to Curves this week
3. Drink 3 bottles of water
4. Work on not eating before bedtime/bedtime binges (broke that tonight cause dinner was late)
5. Doing the challenges- C1, C2, C3 and C5
6. Researching and eventually going to the grocery store for: Low carb bread/whole wheat, fresh veggies and fruits, new foods and a multi-vitamin (I have tons of bruises, where did they come from!?!)

I did alright today, but I only came to 855 calories today, and that was because I decided to have some ice cream with dinner...I think I should try making my meals...larger? Like my breakfast is oatmeal which is only 130 calories, if I added even one more item to each meal I think I might hit 1200...
well today my dad had off work and since he worked Friday we went on a picnic today.
B-Apples and cinnamon Oatmeal
L- Grilled haddock (fish) and a large salad (romaine lettuce, cheese and italian dressing)
Snack-Curves strawberry bar
Dinner- Haddock/fish and dish of icecream
Great plan, Dagny! I think the multivitamin would be good if you are bruising easily. I did some research and lack of adequate levels of B12, Vitamin K, Vitamin C or Folic Acid could results in this. I also think your idea of adding a small piece of fruit, nuts or somthing else to each meal would be fantastic as well! You can do it!

My weekend started as the weekend from hell. My internet, cable and home phone have been 'suspended' because we can't afford to pay the full $300 bill, then we went to a pool at one of the local community colleges, and hung out there for about 2 hours, (it was free!) that was nice. Afterward they opened the stadium so we could get seats to watch the fireworks (again free), and as I never sit still, as I was trying to adjust my towel I was sitting on (cuz otherwise I'd be burnin' my biscuits!) I stepped on a bee!! I was scared because my mom and brother are highly allergic to bee stings... and I couldn't imagine what it might do to the baby... Chris got the paramedics over and they said it looked fine, I had got all of the stinger out, and it wasn't swelling up, and I wasn't having any reaction, so I was ok. Whew!! Saturday we did our grocery shopping, then we went and saw Hancock with the free movie passes I won on Thursday. Sunday my former sister-in-law came over for the day, and we chatted for hours, then we went to the pool for an hour, and then we were gonna go see mom, but when Chris called, he was told they were going out to call back in a few hours... well by then Angie was ready to go home, and Chris and I still had laundry to go do, and I had to cook dinner/lunches for the next few days... so at 8 my step dad calls and tells me mom is worried cuz we hadn't gone over yet. Like we were gonna go over that late. So I didn't get to see my mom this week.

For the most part though, it was a good weekend. Nice to get some time with my DH away from the usual routine!
