Once I was up I had loads of energy but it was time to head out to the baseball field. I will make it up tomorrow. I will take the fatigue over the cravings any day! I just can't control those cravings. Thank goodness they aren't here this time around.

Dawn, you have been doing a great job! There are always ups and downs just be strong and pull yourself up again to the next rung! You can do it!! You are strong and I know you want it badly!! You will be so glad when you are there. I know you will do it!

Hey Everyone! Happy tuesday... it is tuesday, right? LOL... no clue here. That's what happens when you have a constantly rotating schedule! Anywho. I've been good today, no extra snacks... I did my challenges and went for a mile walk with the kiddos, plus grocery shopping, went to the post office and a few other errands. Been a busy day!

Drink more water
Move more daily

Good evening everyone,
thought i drop by finaly today to say hey.
Feeling much better today. up a couple of pounds becouse of Aunt FLOW. hopfully that will pass soon. I am not as angry anymore and had a pretty good day. My MIL is home since friday and won't go back to work till thursday so my schedule is kind of out of wack. plus the parties didn't help eighter. lol. i don't think i over ate tho. did not eat untill i couldn't move, in fact i felt i could have eaten way more than i did. had small portion of ribs on the b-day party. friday tho 4th. i did drink a little to much beer. (not used to it anymore.) so i had a buzz bad. did not like it a bit. but so we learn. we booked our hotel in atlanta for the concert in three weeks. i am so psyched.
I did drink my water today. did excersizes with the kids. and i sawed only 3 blocks of the tree. thought i wouldn't push my self to hard. that and there was a wasp chasing me and i am terrefied of stinging bugs. they make my heart pound out of my boddy and i panic. silly huh, i never been stung tho, other than the normal musquito. anyway, not much going on here. just hot. and humid and on and off thunderstorms.
hope everyone is doing okay and drinking their water. i missed kim's extra challenge, who can tell me what that was???

Hey Yvette here are Kim's extra challenges!!!

1- lets all lose 3 pounds each this week
2- lets drink 10 glasses of water this week - instead of 8

3- lets do 40 squats 3 times a day

Good evening, I couldn't get in here until you guys went to page 4, not sure what was up, I could quick reply, but not see.

Work has been busy the last couple of days, and going out of town last weekend, wiped me out.

The 40 squats 3 times a day the last couple of days, I'm feeling in my legs, I think I'm using different muscles, so that's good.

Hey gang. Had a great day. Journaled everything and did all my exercise. Kyle had his game tonight - if they won we had to play tomorrow, if they lost they were out. They lost. I'm glad it is over. Now we get to go to the family reunion in a couple weekends and we are going to the beach the week before the reunion so plenty to look forward to. Kyle was upset - they were supposed to save him to pitch this game against the "good" team. They had to use him last night though or they would have lost and been out. But he did it, he pulled the team through once again. But the coach benched him tonight. Go figure. He was so upset. I never saw him cry that hard on the way home. He was good enough to use when the team needed him to win but tonight he had to ride them bench. I understand taking turns but he was a sub last night also.

Oh well, glad it's over. Now just Maddie's t-ball. Have a great night everyone!
