I've been much better today thank goodness, totally back on track with eating and tomorrow I will get to the excersise. Oh well, it's better now. Anyway, enough about me. I have been MIA for WAY too long, and am too lazy to read all the forums!! So....

Robyn-Where are you? LOL, haven't talked to you in ages. Hope you are doing fantastico! I'm taking spanish, can you tell? HAHAHAHA!

Yvette- Don't give in to the chocolate, it's not worth it! LOL

Sabine-Great tips, thanks as always! I am actually making myself do the challenges again this week!

We have all shown improvements since joining the team so lets really focus and build on those results. Remember to journal or keep track of all foods eaten as it is essential to weightloss. On yahoo's homepage this morning it said those that journaled or kept a food diary (same thing) lost double the weight of those that didn't. Food is 80% of the problem. Exercise helps with weightloss and tones. We can do it!!!!!
All I can say is - You are HOT and Fierce! You go girl and I know you'll do it again.

Once I was up I had loads of energy but it was time to head out to the baseball field. I will make it up tomorrow. I will take the fatigue over the cravings any day! I just can't control those cravings. Thank goodness they aren't here this time around.

Oh, on Saturday Rodney taught me something fun. It was my OFF workout day but it was nice and the swimming pool was calling my name. We were out there doing laps and having fun - well, I was treading water at the deep end to get a mini workout in and he was splashing me. After a while I decided to join him in his fun. What he was doing was emersing himself completely under water at the deep end. Once he reached the bottom he started running toward the shallow end. I started doing this with him but had to come up for air a couple times. Boy, one lap of that had me winded. We did this for a while but it was so tiring, more then jogging in place at the deep end. So all in all I did get a workout out.

Looks like everybody is back on track !!!
Just got back from playing Racquetball, 2 hours..!!!
wow, my arms are still shaking. But it felt good.
Jump in the pool later, will try for 80 laps.
Well better take a shower, will talk to you all
later. Let's kick some butt this week !!!

Some people go through life discovering or even stumbling upon things that could improve their life and put a smile on their face, but do nothing about it. Sometimes this has no effect on them, yet sometimes it could even have a negative effect. Perhaps you sit on a great idea at work and your co-worker comes along with another idea, and gets a promotion because of it! It was yours for the taking, but you just didn’t make the move. So when you get on the right track with something, keep going with it. Or beware of what’s charging after you.

Ok, so coffee is really working me this morning. Last night I went to kickboxing and had enough energy to do a great yoga class. The instructor is hard core but I modified it a bit because I just started yoga again late last week. I had a fun time then went home to do 3 hours of laundry. Who knew two people could do that much damage hehee.

My power sculpt instructor is back!!! She's like 60 something but in good shape; however she had knee issues and was gone for physical therapy the last few weeks. I loved every moment of it. Then I followed it up with 20 min. of Yoga.

This afternoon I have another kickboxing and yoga class to attend. Can't wait.

Oh, I DID IT! 14 days 0 grazing and I win. I did not drop a dime on it. I feel in complete control of my eating - well, until PMS and Aunt Flow visits anyhow.
Good for you Nancy, I knew you could and would do it! It is a great and very empowering feeling, isn't it? You are on a roll! You have done very well for yourself and your results are pouring in! You are a tremendous support and inspiration to me and to the team and so many others on the site! I am very happy for you and your achievements!

Sabine, good for you!! I love it when I tremble after doing something strenous for me it says that my body was worked out well!
