I will do damage control and it will be fine.
I've been much better today thank goodness, totally back on track with eating and tomorrow I will get to the excersise. Yesterday was a terrible day food day, I did perfect until I got home from work, and then my mom wanted us all to have a couple drinks because it was her birthday, and when I drink, I want to eat everything under the sun... and I did. Oh well, it's better now. Anyway, enough about me. I have been MIA for WAY too long, and am too lazy to read all the forums!! So....

Jaci- are you back home yet? Is it bad, I hope it's not too bad!

Rebecca/Dawn- How the heck are you? And thank you for the blog comment!

Robyn-Where are you? LOL, haven't talked to you in ages. Hope you are doing fantastico! I'm taking spanish, can you tell? HAHAHAHA!

Shannon-Wishing skinny thoughts your way, hope you had a great weekend!

Yvette- Don't give in to the chocolate, it's not worth it! LOL

Sabine-Great tips, thanks as always! I am actually making myself do the challenges again this week!

To everyone else I missed, I hope you had a lovley 4th of July week! Good luck with your goals this week.
Glad you are back Christine! I'm still here plugging along. I'm sure you didn't do too bad during vacation.

Another day down, another night of baseball. I enjoy the games though. My mom has been keeping Nathan so that has been great. It's really too hot to bring him out. I will have to bring him tomorrow night. If they win then they have to beat the same team again Wednesday in order to make it to the state tournament. We have been playing since Friday and the only thing I've gotten from the concession stand is bottles of water. No junk at all. I've been cooking before each game.

Today I didn't journal. Bad me. I don't know why. I feel myself slipping into the old pattern. Gotta recognize and pull myself out. I was very very very exhausted today. I was supposed to go for a swim but I crashed and slept for three hours! Nathan and Madelyn both slept over three hours. Once I was up I had loads of energy but it was time to head out to the baseball field. I will make it up tomorrow. I will take the fatigue over the cravings any day! I just can't control those cravings. Thank goodness they aren't here this time around.

Have a wonderful night everyone.

Hey everyone,
My goals for the week are to counteract the damage of a much enjoyed weekend BBQ and 4 day holiday. I did eat. That is all I am going to say. Today I worked out and burned what the machine said was 1010 calories. Tomorrow I am aiming for the same. I just hope to maintain this week. It was bound to happen sometime at least I gave in during a holiday is the way I look at it. It is just difficult sometimes getting back on the bandwagon. Saturday I did have a good workout though (at home no less on my bike) great positioning though and got those hamstrings good. Well getting back to my goals:

Be a great buddy
burn as many calories as i can
eat right
drink water
work my stomach and legs out
try to get my rest

Good luck everyone with your weekly goals!

Good morning, Everyone! Happy Tuesday! I hope you are all ready and pumped up to keep working hard this week. Tonight I am going to swim. My goal is swim 48 laps. That's a mile and a half. And if I can do that chances are I'll want to round it up to a nice pretty 50. hehe
Have a wonderful day. Stay focused. Keep drinking water, journaling, moving, and shaking!

Good morning everyone,
I am gung ho again! I have to really rev it up! I plan to really watch what I am eating again! I will work out to my fullest extent today again! Everyone put it in 2nd gear we need to reach our goals and step it up it is July!!! We can and will do it!
We have all shown improvements since joining the team so lets really focus and build on those results. Remember to journal or keep track of all foods eaten as it is essential to weightloss. On yahoo's homepage this morning it said those that journaled or kept a food diary (same thing) lost double the weight of those that didn't. Food is 80% of the problem. Exercise helps with weightloss and tones. We can do it!!!!!

Hi Team!

I'm keeping my fingers crossed - I hope this post goes through.

How is everyone today? We have a lot of work to do but I know we will kick butt and take back first place. We can do it. Yeah!

Ok, so coffee is really working me this morning. Last night I went to kickboxing and had enough energy to do a great yoga class. The instructor is hard core but I modified it a bit because I just started yoga again late last week. I had a fun time then went home to do 3 hours of laundry. Who knew two people could do that much damage hehee.

My power sculpt instructor is back!!! She's like 60 something but in good shape; however she had knee issues and was gone for physical therapy the last few weeks. I loved every moment of it. Then I followed it up with 20 min. of Yoga.

This afternoon I have another kickboxing and yoga class to attend. Can't wait.

Oh, I DID IT! 14 days 0 grazing and I win. I did not drop a dime on it. I feel in complete control of my eating - well, until PMS and Aunt Flow visits anyhow.
