Hey Everybody- Well what do you know. I just realized, I got promoted. I am no longer Chief Resident- but I got promoted to Fellow.

Today was way better than yesterday. Sometimes I think we get out of control so that we can reel it back in and refocus on our goals. Those are the times that you either prove you really want it or you give up. I really want it. I was 100% on the ball today and it feels so good! I'm hoping for one pound to be gone when I weigh myself in the morning. I don't need 2 or 3 to feel like I'm successful. I'll be happy with even just one pound towards my goals.

did really well today, did not snack bad stuff. i cut down on my carbs more than half. so yay for me. do miss them sooo much tho.

Nice job Yvette! Way to cut those carbs and find good snacks. Good for you!

I am back up a pound this week after all. I'm not too worried though, I'm almost certain it's muscle. I'm starting to see some definition in my stomach and a bit of a waist! Wahoo. Next week I'll be back down again!

I am heading to Asturias for the weekend with my running group. I'll be back Sunday evening. My goals for this trip are:

* have two good, strong runs
* make smart choices at the restaurants and use the Tupperware I brought for leftovers
* only one Fanta Naranja per day (this is a substitution for the customary post-run beers)
* Have Fun!!

I hope everyone has a wonderful weigh in day and a fun-filled, active, on track weekend! Take care!

good morning everyone,
i am so back to my last week's weight. i think i can sqeeze a pound out of it today and so i will have a loss this week. not as much as i would have wanted, but hey with the buzy weekend and that time of the month i take any loss. I talked to my mom this morning,,,,,her computer is down....she has lost 2 pounds so i send her weight already to kim. she feels bad about all the messages that she has not been able to send back. and thanks everyone for sending her booster notes. she will send boosters when she gets her computer back.
i better get going and get my butt to work. feed the baby she seems somewhat hungry. she slept till 9 this morning. doesn't happen to often. lol.
