Thanks Heather...I don't know if I'm brave or crazy...lol I don't know if Lily is sick or teething...I keep hearing at one you get your molars....not sure though. I might have to try tylenol at night like you said to take the edge off...maybe it will help.

Well the bday party/cookout went great. It was a little warm, but it was fun. I really can't believe my little Lily is 1 already...wow! I'm sorry I haven't been on the past few days a lot...I've just had so much to do for the party. It was nice but I'm glad its done...whew!

I'm so tired but i have to get my energy up for tonight...I'm going to Cruefest...man I can't wait. 2 of my friends and I are going...man its going to be awesome!

As for my weight loss...1lb...like my little blog says...a pound is a pound. So I'm content with that. I'm going for 2 this week though...at least!

Well I hope you all have a wonderful day and a skinny week. I won't be on again tonight since the concert starts at 5 and there are 5 or 6 bands playing.

Let me introduce myself I am Shana mother of three with a weight problem. The weight is not that bad... I just am unhappy with it. 160 for someone 5'6" is just slightly over weight. But I want to be back to my old self. I am bi-polar and I put on this weight due to medicine I was on for my bi-polar disorder. That is why... my doctor said... I am having such a hard time getting it off.

Anyway that is the short version of my story. The only part is I left off is a have a wonderful husband that supports me.
