Sorry to be a grumpy pants...just very stressed and annoyed latley. I miss you guys and can't even get on here to see or talk to any of you right now, except for these quick posts...during lunch or break.

Hope everyone is rockin' still...I'll be on in full force soon.

So the downhill from today's peak (exercise) was the too big schlotskys sandwich (turkey on rye with cheese and lettuce) half a bag a chips and then a drive thru moment (frosty)

had a meeting for work....came home and within 20 minutes my tooth was throbbing - TMJ plus bad tooth equals PAIN...nothing can touch it - I tried sleeping....ice....excedrin...I wish I could yank that thing out myself

oh well....couldnt afford dentist anyway until the end of the month...it will go away when the stress does for now :P

I'm trying to work on my attitude here too, my family used to eat out EVERY day, literally... to the point when my children were younger (enjoying the play aparatus at McD's age) one actually said to me something along the lines of "mommy can you cook today, I don't want to have (insert a string of restaurant names here) tonight. I assured him that every single one of his friends would rather eat at any of those places than at home... When my oldest had his first girlfriend she LOVED eating "at our house" (NOT at our house) and he LOVED eating at her house (her mom cooked EVERY night)

so, to my point... that has a cost associated with it, but I balk at the cost of groceries... why is that? I KNOW in my head that I have to be spending less in groceries than what is used to cost me to feed 5 ppl 10-15 meals per week in a restaurant... but it seems like its worth it... I have to change my attitude to the point where I can grocery shop guilt free (because I eat out guilt free...)

I don't know what the issue is... if its the cooking, the cleaning, the being at home... I'm at a loss, I'm an awesome cook, and my whole family prefers most of my food to any restaurant... so it's not that...

Any ideas?

So, I really feel good about myself tonight. I went shopping in tulsa last week when i went to stay with our fellow rockstar, courtney and found some really cute clothes at maurices...they have a fat-girl (ahem...i mean "plus size", courtney) section now...and the clothes on the sale rack were super cheap. anyway, i was taking some pics of my new clothes and sending them to my hubby tonight when i was talking to him on the internet...(he's still in indonesia) and he was telling me how hot i looked. hehehehehehe that makes me giggle. anyway, i decided that i could use one of them as an after pic since i hadnt started doing the before/after part of my pictures. i dug up a pic that i took of myself about a year and a half ago...probably at my heaviest...to use as my before pic. I never realized how much difference 20 pounds makes! I am pumped because, honestly, I can be happy with the body I have in my new pics, even though I am no where close to my goal. Sure, I still have a lot to work on...but I think I look good the way I am right now..and thats whats going to keep me going.

wow! I hope this doesnt make me seem conceited...because I am anything BUT conceited...but for the first time in a long time...I kinda like myself (at least when i have cute clothes on ) go check out my new pics if you want.

Jennifer- Glad you're staying on with us. I think you should still participate...afterall, one of the main goals is to eat healthier and to stay active...it is safe to do both of those things even when you're pregnant!

my goals this week:
write down my foods
start exercising (shhhhh!!! don't yell at me!!! i still havent started)
eat at home every meal for the whole week! no eating out!
clean clean clean everyday!!
spend special alone time with each of the kids
I also have fallen in love with Maurices!! It's so nice to be able to find cute clothes that are bigger than a 14. You do look great hun and keep up that attitude!! You have a beautiful baby too!

Noo Way!! A new week already?
Time is flying !!

Goals for the week-

3- Curves workouts
2-long walks
eat very healthy and drink water
keep up with the forums and support the ROCK STARS

I'm feeling very motivated. I walked a good hour tonight at a steady pace. I love the trimming that walking is doing for my legs! I found an awesome Quad muscle starting to protrude yesterday!! This is coming from miss chubby knees so it's very exciting!! My friend (who owns Curves) and I are talking about me working more. I'm pretty siked because I would be working out more. If I'm really going to teach other people how to get in shape I better get a move on and practice what I preach. I'll check in tomorrow!!

Took my 2 youngest (oldest recovering from a broken back...for anyone who missed that there are details in my blogs somewhere) to my mom's for that hellish "GAME" the Wii......ugh, I ache still/again?? I don't know, but the FUN part is... I can actually play this 'video GAME' against my kids, I don't have to push xyz, abc, lmnop, up, down, etc... I just MOVE... I can do that! and I can even BEAT THEM at some things, but my younger son ROCKS OUT at eye hand coordination, so he beats me at some of the stuff... but still, I feel good that we are all moving... well, with Tylenol I'm moving... ugh...

So, my goals for the week

1 Eat at home (and not because I brought it home from a restaurant)... Dinner at least twice, Breakfast and Lunch at least five times.
2 "Play" the Wii with my kids at least twice more
3 Do Dylan's physical therapy while he does
4 Make my 2+ litre water goal at least 6 days

I keep hesitating to post this... as if I don't want to be held accountable to do the things, but I know all the hesitation is about the first one, the last 3 won't be much of strain, things I would do anyway, but it's already Tue, which means that I will have to prepare dinner 2 out of 4 days... and I have no idea why this scares me, but just writing it a sec ago I got this weird flutter through my tummy...

better post before I chicken out!

Oh, WOW! What a day! Started off good, and ended, well, not so good! I really overdid it this evening! I don't know what is wrong w/ me, but I can seem to have much control come evening time the last few days! I have to get a grip before I undo what I have done. I am going to try really hard tomorrow. I literally feel yuck from everything I have eaten. Not a good feeling! On the positive side, I did get a walk in this morning, got some thing done around the house, and drank only water all day (all part of my goals for the day). Tomorrow is a new day! I have to tell myself that and let go of the guilt from today. Fresh start tomorrow!! YAY!
