hey every1,
well, i'm finally following my plan. i thought i'd nvr get started. just kept on backing off when i think bout it. but now i'm dn it n feeling better bout myself. i'm not really dn ne major work outs but it's a start. if i can get n the habit of dn something small faithfully I hopefully can start dn larger things. so, once i get n the habit of working out i'm gn 2 try n add a few things n then so on. I'm not really on a diet i'm more or less just trying 2 eat a lot less n maybe a lil healthier. i'm eating yogurt 4 breakfest 4 one day then the nxt morning i have special k ceral w/ ff milk. (i've nvr tasted milk so nasty..lol) i'm trying 2 keep more options 4 me so i won't get tired of it so fast then wanna give up.
then 4 lunch i'm having a slim fast than supper when i'm working i have something there like a blt (hold the mayo,on wheat etc) or something. but when at home I'm gn 2 have like a ff ham sandwich on whole wheat. just somthing low fat. but filling.
sooooo....after my meal spill sorry ya'll i get on rabbit trails 2 much...
but ne wayz, hopefully I'm gn 2 keep it up n start cn this fat leave me a lil.
