Amy feels your pain with the tooth ache. We were supposed to be ushers at church on Sunday, but about 1 am her tooth started hurting really badly and there is nothing you can do to make it stop. Well because we were up from 1 to 3:30am when we had to get ready for work, we were exhausted. So we couldnt make it. Hope your tooth feels better now. I wish i could yank hers out as well.

Hey all! My apologies for my unexplained MIA! I've been getting a bit overwhelmed with some issues. It seems like it's one thing after another that keep throwing off my groove-the last one being one of my twins dehydrating himself and spending the evening in the hospital.

I'm back though. I'm not sure if I lost any weight, though I'm positive I didn't gain any. I have my new weight bench set up in the same room as my elliptical-so that's going well.

If I don't come online between now and Saturday-don't be surprised. I've got a ton of stuff to do before Sunday-and I need to get my ducks in a row.

GOOD MORNING ROCKSTARS!!!!

A very special shout out to all the BLUE ROCKERS today. This will surely be my last post until next week because our day is shaping up to be just a bit hectic. We have to head out to take Salem to his temporary home for the week. Renee' is already almost in tears over it, but she knows he'll be cared for and loved just as much as if he were home. Then we have to go to CVS and get all of the little things we forgot we needed. After that, we'll come back home and finish packing all of the little odds and ends. We are fully packed for the most part. Then, we're headed off to Boston for the rest of the day to have lunch probably at The Hard Rock and then to a bar before the concert where we are meeting up with about 18 of Renee's friends from the Bon Jovi Fan Club (yeah, like I said...she's a big fan). There is a Bon Jovi Cover Band playing at about 4pm til 6pm....then into the TD BankNorth Garden for the concert....that'll be done by about 11:30pm, and it's home for a nap, up at 4am off to the airport by 5am and on a plane by 7am!!! West Palm Beach 10:10am tomorrow!!! THEN we get to relax.

I know I've gone on some work related trips for a day or two since I've been a Rockstar but this will be my first full week out of the loop. I seriously will miss everybody as you have become very close to me in a lot of different ways.

Again, I want to thank Jinni for stepping up in my absence...You are the best!!! Smooches to you girl!!! (I know I know...I won't tell my wife LOL)

FYI at this point I'm at a 0 gain 0 loss...so I can't even add into the equation at the moment for the weigh in. This means I'll get to loose double next week!!!

well, I slept n this morning but I still ate my special K ceral. I haven't got on the treadmill yet but hopefully i'll feel like it soon. i think i'm coming down or have already got a bug or fever coming on. i just know i feel like crap.

but to the positive part. I'm not yet cn really ne weight change yet of course but I can tell me stomach n thighs r not enlarging more. so maybe this lil bit of work is paying off. ne wayz i think i'm gn 2 try n hop n2 the shower 4 a bit. g'luck every1!

Woo hoo...I can finally get on! Comcast comes tomorrow but dad did something to get us internet tonight at least. I've been so out of my mind this week...I'm sorry the only posts I wrote were short and grumpy.

I hope everyone is doing well...I'm so proud of you all for the losses we had last week...I didn't get to tell you all that.

Today has been a better day...I actually was busy at work. Finally a day that I wasn't bored to death. My headache is still there but not as bad as yesterday. I guess when I stress it brings on the headaches.

Other than that my eating habits have been on the crappy end of the spectrum...today I did well though. I need to get back into it. I missed 1 Weight Watchers meeting and it through me all off wack. I'll be back to my normal self on Sunday...I have my daughters party on Saturday...of course I spent to much money on that. Its going to be a Luau theme...cute huh!

Well I'm glad to be back in action with you guys...missed you all. I will be back on later to catch up on the rest of the posts.
