Default Diamonds Week #12 We are on our way!! :0)

This is week #12 for the Amazing Diamonds!! Let's get our goals posted and get our butts moving!!!

I will be posting the roster in the morning and I will show the numbers with that!!

Well I didn't do to bad on the 4th but yesturday? I don't know what got into me. I went to my mothers to do her laundry and ended up cooking dinner and banana bread! Spent all day doing laundry and eating bread , then had a good size dinner.I did mange to drink alot of water but I went to bed feeling like s--t!I know I messed up so I'll dust it off and start agian. Today is a new day and I WILL have control!!

My goals for the week are:
1.high protien and low fat, natural carbs
2.Water
3.Exersize
4. Cheer my buddies on

I can SO relate. I tend to do well thru part of the week and then ruin the rest of it. Makes you feel HORRIBLE!!!! I am hoping I can snap myself back into determination mode...

GOALS:
1. Drink water
2. Walk on breaks and lunch
3. Get healthy snacks to keep in my desk at work
4. learn a good way to keep myself in the right mindset and stop sabotaging myself
5. smile more!

Sounds awesome Dawn. Good luck, I know you'll do great. You just needed a little treat and I be with all that cleaning and stuff the bread didn't hurt you.

Hey 3rd place, not bad. Better than 5th. We can do this Diamonds, let's get our butts up and stop letting ourselves down. Yes, I am most definitely talking to myself. But we all have issues.

Goals:
Drink my water, EVERYDAY.
Get more exercise in.
Get out of the funk I am in, that one will be tough.
Make better food choices.
Be a better buddy. I am so bad about not making time to send boosters.

Everybody have a great week and let's shine bright. GO DIAMONDS!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, I started Phase 1 of the South Beach Diet today...my goals for the week:
--to stay on track with Phase 1 of the diet
--lots of water
--excercise 5 times this week with 3 days being strength training

Go Diamonds...let's get that trophy this week!
