That was great info on the water Diane!! I have been doing much better on the water the past few weeks. I drink about 32 - 36 oz a day.

Great job on the exercise girls!! Everyone is doing such a great job!! I got 2 miles in this afternoon. Man was it HOT out!! So i promised the kids we would get in the pool after I got some stuff cleaned up!!

WOW! You guys have me in tears...thanks so much but either way I would truly understand. Brittany had to get the stitches out of her head and it was so painful with the doctors they sent her to a surgeon at the hospital. I really just need so much prayer...to see my daughter in so much pain really hurts me. I am still out of work but GOD is good! I love you guys and I promise once I am on track I am there 100%. Hey little preggers i see we are accountablity partners...don't know how accountable i will be but i love you the same! Thanks so much everyone for making me smile and I love my DIAMONDS!!! Unfortunately I was bad, but back on the mend. Camped this weekend and was NOT the group cook unfortunately. BUT I've been at the gym since I got back and only a few more days until I owe a weigh-in.

I'm back on the train again to lose weight..choo choo!

GOALS:
1. Drink water
2. Get healthy snacks to keep in my desk at work
3. stop snacking at night.
4. drink a big glass of water every night before going to bed instead of snacking.

I am glad you keep us update... Our children will always be our babies... and it has to be hard to see them in pain.... We mothers feel it too. Remember the diamonds shine on and we are here for you.
