One of my "wonderful" friends recommended the Taebo dvds to me, which arrived this morning before my workout. So armed with dvd 1 I set about tackling 30 mins with Billy. Aaaarrrrgggghhhh! Oooowwww! I was impressed though, that although I had to give in at almost every set of reps, it was only one or two before the end. Roll on day number two!!! Did I mention that i'm gona kick my friends butt (as soon as I have the energy).

Thanks Tiffany! jc- I'm enjoying the blogs as well today. Okay, JC and Tiffany......yall are inspiring me to go hunt through my boxes and find my belly dancing DVD. Its still new and in the wrapper! I haven't exercised yet today. I'm a little sore from scrubbing my shower yesterday. LOL! But I have to take my own advice and move some every day. its too easy to quit and I want to be a BIG LOSER!

Hi all,
I don't have a lot of time right now. I plan on blogging my homework either later tonight or tomorrow. I just found out that one of my student's father passed away Saturday. The wake is tonight and I feel like I should go, so I called my coworker and she and I are going tonight. So I am now on the search of something that fits correctly and is cool and appropriate for a wake. Wish me luck.
I really don't like going to these things and especially when the child is so young to loose a parent is difficult. I never know what to say or what to do. Nothing I can say is going to bring back his father. Hopefully just knowing that I am there will be good for him and give him some peace for a few moments.

Hi HEARTBREAKERS!! hows everyones Wednesday??? hope its going great! tomorrow i want you all to find something new to try...go to a health food store, or atleast the health food aisle and try something that you have never tried before....then tell us about it...you could even include it in your blog...i gotta hit the sack..ive had a busy day...there are a few newbies..hope to see them on here soon...thanks for inviting them!! hope they will appreciate this wonderful family as much as we do! now...lets kick some butt!!

Hey April I Beat You To Your Homework, Lol. I Had Tabouli This Week. It Is Cracked Wheat With Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, Cucumbers, Tomatos, And Green Onions. Very Yummy.

Hmmm Annie I have never heard of that but it sounds pretty good. I did have a dish this weekend I am not familiar with. Its raw fish with shrimp. You dont cook the fish..you marinade it in lime juice and the juice "cooks" it. Then you add in cilantro, shredded carrots, purple onions...not sure what else...BUT it was delicious. You serve it cold. WOW

It was really good and I dont like shrimp. You lose all the usual fishy flavors with this.


Today has been a great day. I got up early and went walking. Then came home & went swimming at 9am! lol It was already hot enough. After that I weeded my garden. The rest of the day I spent with the kiddos.
