I am back from vacation.
Tomorrow I am back mentally from vacation, LOL I just updated my blog and peppered it with pics. I will do the homework this week.
Week goals:
water
go to the dietician appt.
exercise even with my bike being broke
blog the homework.
Come on the forum at least every other day to get the hang of it better.

Morning buddies,
Catching up. I went back to work yesterday after my break and I was whooped so I didn't get on for long last night. Now today, when I am done with my run, I will only get to be home for an hour and then I am filling in for another bus monitor that has an afternoon run. The subsitute monitor can't work past 3 and my kids only have a half day for the summer , so I am subbing today.
April sorry to hear your little one has been sick. It is no fun for them or for you. Sure hope he is feeling better soon.
Annie I will get to that homework tonight.
I will also invite 3 of my buddies to join!

sorry i havent been on here much to encourage and recruit lately...i have had a sick little one...think he picked up a parasite from the 4th of July party that we went to....either from the pond or from the little concrete pond that had a little fountain in it....(no chlorine...sometimes chlorine is a good thing...) anyhow...throwing up and a little diarrhea...he is only 3 poor thing....feels awful. as far as my sister in law and her family goes....we had a fine time....it wasnt too tense...and we stayed at a hotel and went to my oldest nieces birthday party...(yes, the one that used to live with us, and is now smoking pot etc...in her parents home...with her parents!! of course nobody acts like that around us....they act all sweet and innocent....makes me sick..and they call me a hypocrite, and tell me that im judging them....ARGH! anyhow....it was fine...we got her a nice 200 dollar foot locker that you take to college with you ...and some other items...a cookbook..(she actually likes to cook sometimes..) and a few other things...but, the foot locker was the main gift..and i figure if she decides not to follow her dreams...and go to college she could always use it as a memory box, coffee table or to hold her baby diapers in...! her 21 year old boyfriend lives with them...and he is a druggy and a big drinker too....so who knows what will happen between now and then...she is a senior in high school and has always done well in school but, now that she is getting older ...and making the decisions that she is making...there is no telling what she will do....anyhow i better run..my little one Thyme just had an oopsie...its sad...he was up all night...and now he wakes up with diarrhea and he says...im so sorry... how sweet...and my middle child Patience said its okay baby...you were sick....and your going to be mommys little patient today....okay? kids...they are awesome...well count me in for the labor day challenge...i gotta get my rump moving...!! lets do it...i will send you my starting weight later on...either my scale is wrong..or something...my weight seems to fluctuate way too much sometimes! anyhow...love you people.!

oh and Annie has a project for us....lets all participate!

just wanted to pop in...and let you all know that...today is the day...the first day of the rest of our lives.....lets enjoy it, make every moment count, and get healthy!!

Morning Heartbreakers!
I did the blog challenge if anyone wants to read it. It was a helpful thing to do, so thanks ANNIE. Everyone have a terrific Tuesday! Be Healthy. Drink lots of Water all day, and remember to get in some exercise today in whatever form it takes. Yesterday it rained so I couldn't walk and it was SO HOT after it rained. I couldn't find my DVDs. But I scrubbed and mopped and did a lot of cleaning. I mean I felt the burn kind of cleaning! So I feel like I definitely burned some calories. hUGS AND SMILES.......................

I finally got back on the exercise wagon. WOOHOO! I got up this morning and did my Biggest Loser Cardio Max DVD. My legs hurt and I am feeling absolutely WONDERFUL! I love it and I am so happy I am back to it.
