Hi ladies!

I hope everyone had a great great 4th of July weekend.

-I will start off with Friday the 4th. There was no 5am kickboxing class boooooo. But I made up for it. I went to the gym an hour before the yoga class to do a "slow" easy walk. Once I got on that treadmill something clicked and took over - and I literally ran for 25 minutes - me, I can't believe it because I never ran in my life and I don't like running because I always have shin pain. Then I jumped on the elliptical for 15 minutes before an hour of yoga
-On Saturday the 5th was suppose to be an off day but I managed to swim/wade/play in the pool with my BF for about 45 minutes. He taught me how to run under water starting off at the deep end. It was quite a workout.

-Sunday was my kickbutt day. I went to my 8am kickboxing class followed by a 9am hour of upper body by myself. Then I close off the morning with a yoga class. I was so tired, went home, ate and fell asleep.

I went to sleep late last night so no 5am class for me this morning. I do have an afternoon kickboxing and yoga class to attend.
