1. Walked and walked and walked around the park for CANADA DAY YAHOO!!!!
evening walk when it cooled down 45 mins.
2. 52 mins. Leslie Sansone - 3 miles w weights and 1 mile w elastic band
water aerobics 1 hr tonight, 1 hr. walk waiting for our power to come back on after the thunderstorm
3. 52 mins. 4 miles with Leslie (new DVD of hers for me and lovin' it of course), 40 mins. Dance off the inches, evening walk planned

1. 8 core strength exercises. 30 minutes
2. 8 Upper body exercises, 30 minutes, I overslept this morning
3. 20 min level 3 with Jillian
4. 20 min level 3 with Jillian
5. 20 min level 3 with Jillian, and 8 lower body challenges
6. Break day
