Cathy, I just bought the Leslie Sanson Walk away the pounds-walk and kick at k-mart for 5.00. I'm gonna try it out in a few minutes.

Lori...I forgot to tell you, I got a dance exercise video, you inspired me last month to try so I finally did. I am quite uncoordinated is what I am finding out

Morning everyone!

Great news!!!!! I finally made it to 25 lbs and 2nd goal. Yeahhhhhhhh!! I have 5 more lbs to be at my best weight from early last year. I set my mini goal to 145.

This morning I got in an hour of power sculpting; substitute kicked our booty but so much fun. I also did 15 min. of morning yoga to ease me into the work day.

This afternoon I have a kickboxing and possibly a spin class if I'm up for it.

Hope everyone gets their workout goals in for today.

Good job you all. I talked to Mark and he seems to think I am doing ok with my activity, but I have made myself a goal for the week Ted is gone. I want to kick it up and do at least 45 minutes a day.

1. 8 core strength exercises. 30 minutes
2. 8 Upper body exercises, 30 minutes, I overslept this morning
3. 20 min level 3 with Jillian
