Thanks Debbie. Hopefully that will pay off again...we have 4 or 5 more camping trips planned. I may be trying to channel last week's energy on those trips.

8. 1 hour with Billy Blanks taebo, woohoo! I will be doing 8 core exercises tonite, too
9. 49 Minutes Billy Blanks Amped Cardio
10. 48 minutes taebo energy, 8 upper body
11. 49 minutes, Taebo Power
12. 49 minutes taebo Strength, and 8 lower body
13. Break today
14. 20 minute, 30 day Shred, level 3
15. Billy Blanks Live Bootcamp, 8 core challenges
16. Jillian Michaels 30 day Shred, level 3.

18. 51 minute 3 mile walk with Leslie Sansone

Been busy but still keepin' up
and keeping an eye on you Debbie while Kamas busy and keeping an eye on you Kama and making sure you get the new forum up. NO SLACKIN' Lol

Sheesh you two keep me busy.
Good thing I have Cathy's help keepin you two in line.

We are going away for the weekend and back Monday night then I have the rest of the week off just to do whatever or nothing at all. Woohoo
I'm hoping to grab onto some of Cathys spunk and use it as motivation to keep moving while on holidays.


1. Walked and walked and walked around the park for CANADA DAY YAHOO!!!!
evening walk when it cooled down 45 mins.
2. 52 mins. Leslie Sansone - 3 miles w weights and 1 mile w elastic band
water aerobics 1 hr tonight, 1 hr. walk waiting for our power to come back on after the thunderstorm
3. 52 mins. 4 miles with Leslie (new DVD of hers for me and lovin' it of course), 40 mins. Dance off the inches, 55 min. evening walk
4. 35 mins. Leslie, 60 mins. water aerobics, 25 min. walk home afterwards, 30 min. walk downtown, 25 mins. treadmill, 40 min. walk with hubby, son and dog
5. 50 min. walk, 40 mins. 4 fast miles with Leslie, 10 min. walk in the rain
6. 23 mins. treadmill, 50 min. walk, 40 mins Fat to Firm, 35 mins walk
7. 10 mins. mini tramp, 10 mins. treadmill, 20 mins. 2 fast miles with Leslie, 60 mins. walk (no water aerobics )
8. 30 mins. treadmill, 30 mins. fat to firm, 40 mins. 4 fast miles with Leslie, 55 min. walk with hubby a nice brisk one and now I pooped
9. 42 mins. 4 miles with Leslie, treadmill 30 minutes, 20 min. fast walk, 15 min. walk, 10 mins. 1 fast mile with Leslie, 45 mins water aerobics with a horrible instructor but I still made the most of it
10. 40 mins. 4 big miles with Leslie, 30 mins treadmill, 65 mins. Get Ripped DVD,
11. 40 mins. 4 big miles with Leslie, 27 mins. 3 fast miles, 20 mins. ball exercises
12. 34 mins. 3 miles with Leslie and hand weights, 2.5 hr. walk with hubby, son and dog down the river trails,
13. 40 mins. 4 fast miles, 40 mins. Fat to Firm with weights, evening walk 40 mins.
14. 27 mins. 3 of Leslies fastest miles, 2 hr 20 min walk / run chase kids around at the park, 20 min. jog on the treadmill
15. 50 mins. Leslie 4 miles intervals, 2 hr casual walk played at the park jogged twice around the track, 40 mins. Dance off the inches, 15 min. jog on the treadmill
16. 50 mins. Leslie 4 miles intervals, jogged 4x around the track and walked / ran with the kiddos, 25 mins. mini tramp, 40 mins. walk with my son since hubbys off fishing
17. 3 mile intervals with Leslie, mini tramp 25 mins., 40 mins Fat To Firm DVD, 3 miles with Leslie again, ate horribly PMS Ugh
18. 3 miles with Leslie, 35 mins weights and cardio Get Ripped DVD
19. Break Day and anniversary, off plan, back on tomorrow
20. 45 mins. walk, 60 mins. on treadmill
21. 3 miles with Leslie, 40 mins. Fat to Firm DVD, 32 mins treadmill
22. 3 miles with Leslie, 25 mins. mini tramp, evening walk 1 hr. 20 mins.
23. mini tramp 25 mins. (cant type that anymore without laughing thanks Debbie ), went for a good walk and kicked the soccer ball at the park with the kids, Fat to Firm DVD 40 mins. half hour walk and an hour walk in the evening
24. 40 mins. Dancing off the inches, 1 hr. walk, 3 miles with Leslie, evening walk
25. 4 miles with Leslie, 23 mins. mini tramp, 1 hr evening walk,
26. no workout today, drank lots of water though and did awesome with my eating even while at the race track around tons of snacks and treats
27. 20 mins. ball exercises (go ahead Debbie you can have fun with that one I'm sure- lmao), 30 min. evening walk
28. 3 miles with Leslie (a great way to start the day), 40 mins. Fat to Firm DVD, 60 mins. water aerobics tonight
29. 3 miles with Leslie, treadmill 20 mins., 1 hr walk
30. 3 miles with Leslie, 30 min. walk, 40 mins. Fat to Firm DVD with weights, water aerobics 60 mins.
31. 25 mins. mini tramping

1. new Leslie Sansone dvd: 30 minute interval training: cardio and strength, 20 minute power walk, 30 minute walk outside at the park
2. 30 minute cardio and strength interval training, 45 minute ??? I got a phone call during it so I didn't know how long it was: 3 advanced miles: 2 fast miles and 1 mile with stretch band, 20 minute cha-cha (Dancing w/ Stars dvd) 1hour walk at park
3. 30 minute cardio/strength interval video, 1 hour walk at park
4. boating, playing with dogs, watching fireworks....not a lot of seriousl exercise (my brothers labs were at the lake so it was constant throwing the ball around and off the dock
5. 30 minute swim, boating, playing with dogs, relaxing day
6. 45 minute swim, playing with dogs, relaxing day
7.....back to work, have to work off the poor holiday eating!
65 minute 5 mile advanced walk (Leslie), 2.5 hours gardening
8. 15 minute stability ball, 30 minute (Leslie) Interval training, 20 minute 1 mile walk
9. 30 minute interval training (Leslie), 65 minute 5 mile walk (Leslie) 15 minute exercise ball
10. break today....I visited my best girlfriend and her 2 year old who moved back from Michigan to Minnesota. Then I met 3 co-workers for a girls' dinner. We all teach together so we try to get together and stay in touch over the summer
11. 5 mile advanced walk 65 minutes (Leslie)
12. 5 mile advanced walk 65 minutes (Leslie)
13. 5 mile advanced walk 65 minutes and 30 minute interval training (leslie)
14. 70 minutes: 5 mile advanced walk - Leslie, 30 minute interval dvd
(stregth/cardio), 20 minute Dancing W/ the Stars: the samba.....much easier than the cha-cha
15. 30 minute walk and jog, 30 minute interval: cardio/strength
16. No exercise today. Teacher workshop training and doctor's appointment an hour away so that involved a road trip and some shopping with hubby
17. 30 minute interval dvd, 40 minute firming dvd
18. 70 minute 5 mile advanced walk (Leslie) w/ weights and stretchie
will do 40 minute firming dvd tonight
19. break today...fishing with hubby and then family dinner at aunt's house
20. 5 mile advanced walk dvd (lesie....w/weights and stretchie) 70 minutes
21. painting bedroom
22. painting bedroom
23. camping: 60 minute walk around campground, 15 minute laps to the bouys at the beach and then fun swimming/floating around: 45 minutes
