1. new Leslie Sansone dvd: 30 minute interval training: cardio and strength, 20 minute power walk, 30 minute walk outside at the park
2. 30 minute cardio and strength interval training, 45 minute ??? I got a phone call during it so I didn't know how long it was: 3 advanced miles: 2 fast miles and 1 mile with stretch band, 20 minute cha-cha (Dancing w/ Stars dvd) 1hour walk at park
3. 30 minute cardio/strength interval video, 1 hour walk at park
4. boating, playing with dogs, watching fireworks....not a lot of seriousl exercise (my brothers labs were at the lake so it was constant throwing the ball around and off the dock
5. 30 minute swim, boating, playing with dogs, relaxing day
6. 45 minute swim, playing with dogs, relaxing day
7.....back to work, have to work off the poor holiday eating!
65 minute 5 mile advanced walk (Leslie), 2.5 hours gardening
8. 15 minute stability ball, 30 minute (Leslie) Interval training, 20 minute 1 mile walk
9. 30 minute interval training (Leslie), 65 minute 5 mile walk (Leslie) 15 minute exercise ball
10. break today....I visited my best girlfriend and her 2 year old who moved back from Michigan to Minnesota. Then I met 3 co-workers for a girls' dinner. We all teach together so we try to get together and stay in touch over the summer

Good job ladies! I was gonna do the 5 mile walk, but I have a time restriction today, so will do Jillian's instead. I have to look up a bunch of stuff for mom and make some calls. Keep up the good work!

3. 20 min level 3 with Jillian
4. 20 min level 3 with Jillian
5. 20 min level 3 with Jillian, and 8 lower body challenges
6. Break day
7. 20 min level 3 with Jillian
8. 1 hour with Billy Blanks taebo, woohoo! I will be doing 8 core exercises tonite, too
9. 49 Minutes Billy Blanks Amped Cardio
10. 48 minutes taebo energy, 8 upper body
11. 49 minutes, Taebo Power
12. 49 minutes taebo Strength, and 8 lower body
13. Break today
14. 20 minute, 30 day Shred, level 3

How is everyone doing this morning? Just got into the office from being at the gym since 5:30am and I have way too much energy. hehehehe.
